Yuru Camp did more for me than Antarctica and it can be summed up with a quick thing.

Antarctica:
Drama was forced and the Australia episode was basically a point where I massively disliked Shirase.

Yuru Camp:
I made a review on MaL, you can read it if you have me, if you don't... well if you search my username you'll find me, ahaha~

That said... it's like the difference between a top 10 anime and a top 25 anime, and like... Top 25 is being cautious because it's not like I have made a list of my top 20 anime.

Maybe I shouldn't of dropped Yuru Camp at 2. Hmmmm...

"Forced" is the last thing I would call the drama in Antartica. Part of the reason it's so appealing is how not forced it is.

But yeah Granzon, most of the positive perception the Federation has is from the White Base crew.

These guys let the Titans rise to power with such little resistance, heck the ending to Stardust Memories is the good guys become Titans! They've botched everything up so bad, in Stardust, Zeta, ZZ, CCA, they won by having better pilots, but Zeon had way better leaders.

I'm still convinced that Kamille is the best UC pilot in terms of skill and he kinda had to be, everyone in Zeta is evil.

Yea the fact that the Titans were the Federation went over a lot of people's heads because Zeta Gundam kept using the term Titans. Nice Bask cameo in 0083 lol. The Feds as bad guys started after the OYW or whenever they started up the Gundam Project and designed RX-78GP02A to use nukes. Gundam Project Unit 02 Atomic. Feds as baddies further reinforced in Unicorn for obvious reasons!

Kamille is probably the best pilot in the entire UCverse. Char is better than Amuro as a pilot, and in Zeta, Kamille was clearly superior to Char. Kamille being able to stand up to incredible Newtypes like Haman and Paptimus while piloting an inferior mobile suit was great to watch. Such a shame he didn't get to come back in ZZ or CCA, he could have really tipped the scales, but for obvious reason he was unavailable. I always put Kamille in the Unicorn or Turn A whenever I play the G Gen games lol.

I think Tada-kun has been especially lackluster this week (episode 3) and it followed a just okay episode 2. It might be in danger.

Definitely not the golden boy it started out as. Comedies seem to be getting the shaft this season, with strong first episodes that can't hold on to the magic afterwards.

I can't say I agree on Tada-kun considering I thought episode 3 was one of the strongest episodes from any comedy anime.

I joked with a friend before Unicorn finished airing that Anaheim Electronics was the real bad guys in UCverse because they made like 90% of the mobile suits for both sides. They even made the ammo universal so you can use anything you can pick up in the battlefield without modification.

As far as comedies go the Tada-kun formula doesn't do it for me. I avoid comedies when there's a huge tsun presence because they usually revolve around "play" violence. I also avoid when they try go for the the over the top route but taking itself entirely seriously.
