Are you asking if its a criminal act for a white person to attend that graduation? No, because a college is not a state government. Segregation is still segregation even if it's not backed by criminal charges.

-People claim segregation, that it's "minorities only"
-Literally nothing proves or implies this
-Rinse and repeat for other colleges
