You really trust google to be completely unbiased? They've shown on multiple occasions that they arent. And hell, one of their top executives was hired to be Hillary's chief technology officer. And then there's the purging of political figures. They can lie and tell me their algorithms are purely unbiased but I'll never believe that. And maybe wapo and CNN just always happen to be the most popular because of the fact that google keeps shoving them on the front page. Imagine that! The front page articles keep getting the most clicks thus staying more popular!

I know when I use other search engines my news feed is very different.

Most of the news media has a liberal bias. So if you do an unbiased search of news media the search will show a majority of liberal biased sources. If it were to show a balanced mix of liberal/conservative sources then the search would be biased.

This is a tough one to call. Do you leave the search as an accurate representation of liberal bias? Or do you bias the search in an attempt to mitigate the already present bias? I think fighting bias with bias is what the liberals have been doing. If anything it would be fun to use their tactics against them and watch them complain how it's wrong when it's someone other than them is doing it.

Anyone who tries to argue that MSM isnt dominated by the left is being disingenuous. There's a reason that the go to insult of the left is "lol you must watch faux news!" Its because that's the only major one out there. I personally take zero journalism at face value though. You really cant. On both sides, there is always a slant. You have to read and use critical thinking. Sadly, people would rather just take it at face value and reshare on fb or what have you. Hell, many people dont even read beyond the headline.

The media is all bought and paid for. You should never take what the powers at be are attempting to shove down your throat at face value. They are all shills
