Based on the edit, because Natalie was the big star with James' showmance. But Bridgette was the one who rallied the votes and got the whole alliance turned against Paulie, right up until Corey won HoH and took her out. But Paulie got his soon after.

thinking about it, I have friends for 25+ years, and if it comes out that they did something horrible, I probably wouldn't believe they actually did it, and do the whole "ive known this person for 25 years and they're not like that" spiel, even if it's pretty obvious and mounting that they did. And probably think this whole thing is all a planned conspiracy too. When you're so conditioned to think you know a person, it's hard to see them as a monster.

That's kinda one of the problems with how people react to these things. It ends up being a matter of "always believe the accuser, unless the accused is someone you know, then just this once the accuser is totally lying".

Not sure how many of you are watching the current season of Australian Survivor, but the latest episode shown (final 9 - not sure of the episode no.) was great. No spoilers, but I think it was probably one of the better episodes I have seen in a few years of any Survivor season.

Despite a few slow and predictable episodes pre merge, I would have to say it's been a pretty good season so far overall (which surprised me based on the Champions v Contenders theme, which I expected to be one sided), and the preview of the next episode suggests things should stay good from here on, or at least for a while. I would recommend watching the season if you can - I think it's been better than recent US seasons (at least so far), but still probably not quite as good as the last Australian season.

This is the content I crave.

6:33:45pm - Sam walks into the bathroom, arms crossed, looks up, then goes into the bathroom stall but leaves the door ever so slightly cracked open. The cameraman is fascinated by this as there are several closeups, zooms in/out, and shots of the cracked door
6:37:38pm - Sam bursts out of the bathroom stall, and heads into the kitchen. She does not wash her hands. Sam has gotten herself a drink in the kitchen, touching the sink, her cup, and the fridge.
6:43pm - Sam is laying in bed by herself, talking to the camera. She says she's cold and she doesn't want to sweep the floor while people are fixing food.
6:46pm - Sam is laying in bed but keeping her right arm in the air with her arm and hand at an awkard 90 degree angle. She may be trying to make contact with a fruit fly she noticed a few minutes earlier. She then asks production if she's ruining their day.
6:48:58pm - After minutes of silence, Sam says out loud "It doesn't really matter. I'm just curious." (not sure if she's talking to herself, production, or the fruit fly)
6:52:45 - The arm comes down after a rant from Sam about how she's not doing makeup today, how she doesn't feel comfortable stretching in front of "yall", and how she doesn't like to be the center of attention.
6:54pm - Sam complaining about the smell of the pillows on the bed. She says she doesn't like laying her face on someone else's ass.
6:55pm - Sam's out of bed. All 4 feeds switch to Tyler, Kaycee, and JC in the kitchen.

Sam has developed this cold, psychotic side to her - and she is one of the more fascinating characters I've seen on Big Brother in recent memory because of it. People lose their minds in there all the time, sure, but few act the way Sam has. The way she fixated herself on Brett was creepy and now not washing her hands and talking to a fruit fly... yeah.

Predix for me:
If Kaycee wins the F4 HOH or Veto...
5th: Sam
4th: JC
3rd: Angela
2nd: Tyler
WIN: Kaycee

If Tyler wins the F4 HOH and Kaycee does not win the Veto...

I think Tyler is catching on to that Kaycee being a comp beast means her ideal to take out as soon as possible. He and Angela just need to beat her in two comps at F4. They're going to tell JC that Level 6 was the actual driving force and he was their #EscapeGoat - the same way the Brigade told Britney in BB12 - but he's still someone Tyler should want at the end and evict in 3rd. JC might actually win because of the perception that he was the mastermind. Even so, he's easy to beat in any comp. Kaycee is not and Tyler should be aware that due to 1) her great social game and 2) her beasting comps, she's a massive jury threat, even to him. If he takes her to the end, shame on him for not seeing something so obvious. He should want to go to the end with his girl, seeing as the jury hates her out of jealousy and/or bigotry.

I think we're in for a fun ending. One of two people will most likely win. If JC wins somehow... oh boy, the riots will be fun to watch. Not really.

I dont see the fun in a predictable win by either the strategic dominator or the comp dominator that anyone could have called since L6 came out of week 2 with a 9-5 advantage.

The most interesting person for me to see win right now other than the literally impossible Sam would be, strangely enough, Angela, because it would mean either some crazy shit actually goes down, or Tyler's uncharacteristically poor jury management starting with the Faysal boot actually comes back to haunt him.

I would love to see Angela win because it would fascinate me. There are some jurors that do not like her because they're terrible people (while Angela is no angel, she's not a horrible person like Bayleigh or Rockstar) but if they reward her over Tyler... quite the upset.

A JC win is technically possible if the misattribution of moves comes back to bite L6, but that would probably kill the show given how JC has done many extremely inappropriate things (sexually assaulting Tyler, the ice cream scooper, asking Rachel if she was trans, harassing Haleigh in the bathroom, and more). Fans HATE JC because he's so clueless and him winning would get them to boycott the show. Grod will probably intervene to prevent that from happening.

I'd put the odds of Angela winning as about 2% but if this is the universe where that happens, it would make for a satisfying upset ending the same way last year's was, though not to the same extent. Josh upsetting Paul was great because it was Paul's own horrible jury management against Josh actually understanding human emotion. This... Angela actually did try to manage jurors, but since some of them are awful, she didn't care.

Let's see, in an Angela vs. Tyler scenario...
Bayleigh votes for Tyler (jealousy and bitterness toward Angela)
Rockstar votes for Tyler (jealousy and bitterness toward Angela)
Scottie votes for Angela (jealousy and bitterness toward Tyler)
Faysal votes for Tyler (votes for who he thinks is the mastermind)

And there's so much wrong with your assessment of Angela vs the jury, so I'll just say this.

Tyler and Angela have both had terrible jury management. But Angela is really upfront about it. She's just a bitch and doesn't care who knows. Tyler has had poor jury management because the quality of his gameplay is actually going downhill. He's been making conflicting promises and promises he had 0 intention to keep since the final 9. He's also been being super flakey with everyone but Kaycee and Angela. It comes off as really wishy washy gameplay and I think some of the more blunt jurors like Bayleigh and Faysal are going to respect Angela more even though they hate her.

I did find that particular moment to be fun. Whenver you have a build up for an eventual payoff I find to be fun. So a civil war between dominant players to me is indeed fun.

You, (andy), say that fans hate him. But dont forget that casuals are still a thing I think casuals love him. He's also not as clueless as you think he's just waited too long to play his cards correctly. Winning at the double eviction was really his only hope. JC cant win these comps. He's not studying and he's not that strong. And that's if he doesnt go home over Sam. So there is really nothing left here until the winner of the final 3 HoH.

The tie in Ghost Island was a phenomenal moment that may be in my top 10 Survivor moments ever - however, it was the only great thing about an otherwise abysmal season. A good - but not great - premiere, merge episode, and finale weren't enough to redeem the atrocious editing, the unfortunate boot order, and the lack of rootability.

I think Bayleigh will vote for Tyler over Angela but only over Angela - partly because she feels a little bad for their blow-up. While she is a despicable individual, she's not as petty and nasty as Rockstar.

Tyler played a phenomenal game pre-jury, but he's gotten progressively worse with time - namely with jury management. Angela's jury management wasn't as bad as Brett's and she IS upfront about her bitchy side, which is precisely why I say she's not a horrible person. Her character development about the gymnastics taking over her life and robbing her of her emotions is fascinating stuff and, if the entire jury knows about it, they just might sympathize and understand her better.

I'm not the biggest Angela fan even though she is really, really nice to look at. I do think she can win. It's just unlikely because this is a very petty, bitter jury. The first three people (Bayleigh, Rockstar, and Scottie) are all nasty individuals I would never want anything to do with. Their unpredictability and lack of rational thinking makes this a less predictable ending than a casual would think.

The new head honcho of CBS could cancel it if that happened tbqh. JC should have been expelled after the Tyler and Haleigh things - that's three strikes. Two counts of sexual assault and one of sexual harassment won't look good. (I am somewhat okay with how he used the n-word, even though it'd have been preferable for him to just say "n-word." Why Kaitlyn got hate for that is beyond me - is Drake a racist, too, then?)

This season has been filled with people making controversies out of everything but that's just what our culture is these days. People WANT to be offended and whine. Le sigh.

While he probably should have used better judgement, it's not like he directed it at anyone or anything, real, fictional or hypothetical. He actually said this is a word, this is what it means and this is what it's like to us (little people).

The thing I dont get:

This board voted One World as the worst season Survivor has ever produced. Worse than Redemption Island. Yet BB20 is basically a redux of One World and is loved. Manono was made up of interesting personalities prone to idiotic decisions, like Foutte, Salani has all the boring, rational players, like Level 6. There was a racist asshole in charge of Manono who met a humiliating and karmic end (just like Bayleigh), there was an idiot whose big mouth got himself voted out (just like Rockstar), there was an alpha dumbass who got tricked into targeting his own ally (just like Faysal), and there was a decent player who was an awful person, yet made the final five and got cut by the dominant, rational alliance (just like JC).

One World was boring as fuck after the halfway point, and this season is just One World for three times the length of time needed to reach either its boring, Spradlin-esque victory, or the Sabrina victory we WOULDVE gotten if not for Alicia flipping votes in Ponderosa.

Vis if you think about who is active I dont think those are the ones who has One World last. Also, when you put it next to BB19 which in my opinion is RI with Phillip winning. It looks phenomenal. That being said I had more fun watching BB20 than watching BB3, BB5, and BB6. with BB6 being the closest but I haven't watches all the seasons yet.
