Evolved Surskit and Seel because why not. Now the only Pokemon I have that can evolve still is Barrys Prinplup, but 300k is a bit too expensive for now so Ill hold off.

The 300k is for ONE evolution crystal for me. So 900k total to evolve Barry. Fuck that.

It could be to keep people from maxing out too quickly when the game just launched.

It may be a stamina-less game, but they do have to do something to keep people constantly playing.

Got Rosa to lv100 today. Kinda sad I have nobody to use the Power-Up things from the event on. I see people saying its best to use them on a damage dealer and uh I dont think they give you any super good 5* damage dealers. Guess Ill save them for a bit since they take like 2 months to expire

Korrina maxed out now too. Guess Skyla is next and then uhhh I think that will be all the good/decent F2P ones maxed unless Cheren is good. Might max Viola after just because I like her and Masquerain lowers attack with passive and special attack with Struggle Bug.

Any time I use Haxorous sync attack my game freezes. Known issue or no?

This gear thing seems kinda dumb. Keep getting 1* drops and you need good gear to even reach the Strength requirement of other stages. You cant play them if your strength is lower than the number it lists lol

Doing co-op makes me really sad I don't have Lycanroc

A new Blaine event is up. Havent checked it out yet though

Almost feels like you need Olivia for the 2nd stage of the Blaine event. The rock types you get for free are just awful >_>

I got Lyncanroc and Dusclops from the first 10 pull off freebie gems this morning. Should I just save the rest? I'm at the point where you make the first summon so I guess end of tutorial

Lycanroc is the best offensive mon currently and Dusclops is on par with Rosa (maybe better) for best support so yeah those should be good enough to carry you. If you want an increased chance of getting Blue you can roll on his banner. Blue is good too, he has good AOE for grinding and a strong Mega.

I think according to the data mine, Hilbert and Lyra are the next banners after Olivia.

Lyranroc is absolutely nuts right now. I wish Lyra didn't get Meganium as her Pokemon especially because Rosa is already a really good grass support. I can't really picture Meganium as a dps lol

I actually have Brendan and it is night and day how much better it is having the right pair for this event. Although I think it might just be easier in general? Rapidash feels tankier and the adds were more dangerous.

I havent done all the EX Challenges but...they're kind of rough and the game needs more content than those. I also don't really get the point - they're really difficult, you beat them to get gear, but gear seems really bad and doesn't help you with the difficulty. And you've already cleared the hardest stuff. So...I don't understand what the future of the game is.

I was hoping for more story segments soon (not just the short Blue and upcoming Hilda event) but no news yet.

They also need a lot of changes in the rate of item acquisition. The EX fights basically require specific sync pairs at level to win, so gems and gatorades should be easier to come by. Especially gems the rate they've been adding new trainers (1 every two weeks or so, which seems good).

This is the only gacha I've played so I dont have any real point of comparison but that's just what I've noticed from playing and talking with other players.

What I hate is how you cant even DO EX stuff if youre below the strength recommendation. You can for every other thing like Supercourses so why not EX??? And before anybody says because its Co-op so you dont ruin it for everyone else Ill say they sure as fuck dont care about that when they let people go into Very Hard Co-op events with goddamn Piplup or Snivy or anything else that can evolve and isnt evolved. Its basically an auto loss right then and there. Barry even being brought to an Event Co-op is basically a guaranteed loss because he absolutely blows in events :/

Also Emboar cant be poisoned in the new event. Setting what could be a bad thing going forward by making even more Pokmon not viable especially free ones. I wouldnt be surprised if all bosses going forward are immune to Poison now

As somebody who plays Dokkan Battle where that kind of thing is regular, I'm surprised it even stands out to you

Dokkan didnt start doing that for a long time though. You used to be able to stun or seal bosses for a long time. It took probably 2 years before they made them immune to that stuff and DeNA is doing this after a month >_>
