Nothing legit seems to back this theory. I know we have heard about it many times, but it appears to be mostly the culprit of faulty Chinese tests so far.

Yeah I think false positives (or false negatives saying that they had recovered) are more likely than reinfections that quickly. It's definitely possible that immunity won't last that long (say a year or something), but there should almost certainly be some period of immunity.

I seriously hope that's the case.
And I can't really mount a defense here because China's been absolutely horrible when it comes to supplies. 30% success rate in Spain, literally underwear instead of masks to Pakistan. The sooner we can rev up our production the better, for literally the entire world.

I do think Florida is a "win more" state in that if it goes to Biden we've already won without it but I can see the argument it isn't - especially if COVID-19 surges there given the combination of the atrocious federal and state responses.

PA and MI are pretty likely snapbacks, I think most if not all of us agree on that. That's not enough on their own (that only gets you to 268-270 if the rest of the 2016 map holds) and you'd need one of WI/AZ/NC. I'd rank those 3 as more likely than Florida. But with Florida you only need it and one of PA and MI - so you could be wrong on one of those snapping back and still hit 270.

I'd go PA, MI, WI, AZ, and NC personally but I don't think you should ignore Florida. I wouldn't expect it to flip but you can at least force them to spend there.

I think Florida is unreliable and should be ignored. Go big in MI(BIden doesn't have to go that big here, but this is a state easy for him to lock up) and WI. After that it is pick a state to turn.

The math looks a lot better than it did a few months ago at least.

Trump has got to still be looked at as the favorite regardless.

Eh, I disagree on the basis that you can at least make Trump/GOP waste resources in Florida instead of letting them focus everything on holding WI/AZ/NC. Don't make it a focal point or anything, but don't totally ignore it either.

Yeah, even lifelong Republicans that I know are pissed, at least the ones I know. This could be really bad for them long term (as it should be, absolute bullshit move by them), since the state Republicans decided to prioritize keeping power through ridiculous voter suppression tactics over the wellbeing of voters.

Keep in mind that these are the same people who went after the Governors powers after Evers won, because "a lot of people wouldn't agree with the things he wants to do" or some garbage thing like that. These people are the worst

I got my absentee ballot and mailed in in last week already, same with my parents. They fucked up on my wifes though, and she requested hers weeks ago. They finally mailed it today, so if she wants to vote she'll have to go out and go to a polling place, and she's one of the people who's at very high risk if she catches the coronavirus.
