Gerstmann recanted a story about a guy in a Verizon store working on his phone talking about excited he was for the game, and how the guy had no idea it wasn't "the full game" as we thought at the time. That person is going to be confused as fuck about what's happening. Actually...maybe people further in know, will this game even be a multiparter? They never ACTUALLY said that it was, right? That was what we assumed because it was "All Midgar". I think Tim Rogers also told an anecdote about a FF7 fan who stopped playing games over a decade ago and he had the same thought. That his friend was gonna hate it not for the changes but just because they have NO idea what modern games are like.
