Might as well push this out there - if we had activity, Scare was the third person I was going to go after.

It's never a good sign when somebody isn't aligning at least some thoughts with me. Scare's entire existence this game has felt like he's playing a different game. Also, as much as I wanted to grill Corrik... Corrik at least feels a little more Town when he's responded to my questions and such. I don't think Corrik's strategy for this day was worth much, but Scare's participation is about what I'd expect from Scum whose Ninja Godfather was lynched D1 and kill failed N1.

So I would be willing to stake Scare being Scum.

It's hard to drum something together with both Sceptile and Damion being absent, though. Maybe the Scum strategy is for them to post nothing, and give me nothing to work with before they try to kill me again?

Third, I dont think I have ever seen someone use timestamp screenshots like that in b8 mafia. Not that there is a rule against it, but its unusual.

But to get to the heart of your post, firebolt.
There are so many gaps possible in that theory, even in the one scenario that could exist, that one cannot even get one scum narrowed down from it.
The one I can say straight away is that there is no way multiple scumplayers all set up something this elaborate just to frame me.

Stands are like JoJo characters' super powers basically. Early JoJo has characters gaining powers directly but later JoJo has them followed around by these like spirits who act as their power source. Star Platinum is Jotaro's Stand, the MC of the seasons of JoJo that contain Stands, for instance.

Geez. My claim is really a struggle. It's functionally a vanilla because there's no point in a scan that says if someone is named Ushuo. Not claiming a stand or claiming a stand is a (redacted) argument. It would be on a safelist, or not, every character only has one stand so especially pointless to nitpick.

The amount of times I've seen something huge like that NOT on the scum board outweighs the times it is

FYI Corrik's Possessor fake claim was on the spot enough to prove he's very familiar with the source material. Nothing wrong with that of course, JoJo is very popular, but it does mean we can expect further shenanigans.

Welp, definitely makes me wonder what Red's fake claim list looked like. He wasn't even aware of the concept of stands, which seems to imply to me that either they were not included in his fake claim list or his entire list consisted of characters without stands.

Mzero quickly pointed fingers at red early on. I like this.

Red voted firebolt. I dont know if red would bus right out of the gate. Doesnt seem like him. This also got firebolt to suspect red right away.
Sceptile does point out that firebolt didnt really attack red over it besides yelling a lot. But it was sceptile that said it in his wishy-washy post, soo..

Sultan asked red why he seems so grumpy, minor issue but it makes me think of sultan as a lesser potential scumbuddy.

Topic 2
Firebolt renewed his desire to see red post more, which red complained about as he did not understand Firebolts posts.

Scare and Plum both joked around about red. Just wanted to make a note of this. Plum at least seemed to question reds suspicions a bit.

Red also seemed keen on getting me and Corrik to attack each other. At the very least he did not sound defensive of Corrik.

As soon as red made a comment about not liking Han (which firebolt agreed with mind you), Han fires back and doesnt let go when he comes back later. Good look for Han (and less good for firebolt)
Firebolt did at least keep throwing shade at red. But as Sultan pointed out, he didnt vote red either.

and worst of all, he wound up saying this

I am not sure why firebolt demanded so much from Red (the same thing sceptile got criticized for) only to call it townbehaviour in the end.
Mzero even called this out (and Mzero doesnt say that much tbh!)

So far this makes me torn on firebolt. Reds angle makes Firebolt look townier, but firebolt does nothing to make himself look town.

Red and Corrik are the two players on here I respect the most, no matter how much Corrik and I fuss. My last couple of games I played with Red he was very de-energized, lethargic early on. Scare was too, another player I enjoy bullshitting with, so I was hoping to poke Red and Scare into being more active. Scare seems to have come back around from burnout since last time we played but Red was being... Red. Like, in the past as town he's been pretty hands off for the first few days which had me town reading him. But he got scummoned over and over Day 1 which had me scum reading him. I waffled pretty hard on it tbh.

In the end Han started the Red train and I trusted his judgement on the issue enough to back it. I definitely would not have started a Red train based off how I was feeling but if other, better players thought he was looking scummy then it was enough for me to roll right along with it.
