The best update it could get is to let me download RDR2 without it being attached.

I dont know anybody that plays that, not even sure if it was a thing

I played it for about 30 minutes but it didn't grab me at all and after playing through SP I just couldn't get into playing RDR2 with a silent protagonist.

Should probably point out that RDO barely got any updates in the first place.

It was pretty obvious already. I used to play, but there's no point to it now. A shame because I like Red Dead 2s gameplay and feel over GTA 5's. Plus being a cowboy is fun.

I liked RDO a lot but it was just too bare bones in the end. I think their microtransactions were more predatory than GTAO as well.

Personally I liked that RDO was more chill since people couldn't fire missles at you from across the map or whatever crazy shit GTA is doing now.

I still remember being about 10 minutes in, just minding my own business when another player on a horse barrelled directly into me at full speed and killed me instantly

Never tried it cuz I don't wanna deal with asshole players looking to be assholes

I'm actually playing RDRO more than ever since release. The community is night and day different.

Haven't been even attacked. Plus the poker tables have been full. Finally all of the kids/idiots have moved on to the next hot thing to troll.

I played it for a good while, but I recently stopped getting on for the past like, 5 months or so. I completed all the outlaw passes they put out (which I never had to pay actual money for since I always had gold from doing a few dailies to get them), got all the outfits, horses etc, etc, basically did all there was to do.

I was always hoping red dead online would get some sort of heists missions like what gta 5 got, but I guess that won't be happening so it is what it is.

In general I actually like the online red dead experience compared to gta since there is no dumbass flying bikes around.

This and hunting missions is all me and my friends wanted. We just wanted to do setup missions to finally rob a towns bank, like in the story.

I was playing it since release but stopped for Elden Ring. Well Im done with that now. Dont know if I wanna jump back into RDO though.

This is why it's silly when people think GTA6 won't have a single player mode.

This game sold over 44 million copies. Not enough of those people played the multiplayer. That's a large amount of people who still buy these games for the single player.
