How much of this stuff do I need again? I just spent a couple hours blowing up beds at Y=15 in the Nether and this is all I got. there was one bed I exploded it. I saw THREE ancient debris quickly be swallowed up but the lava. it took like 50 minutes of carefully removing and replacing netherrack to get rid of the lava to safely mine the debris.

You need nerves of steel for this shit. I'm gonna go do something else XD

Might be a couple days until I get back to Minecraft. FFXIV 6.2 came out this morning. So much new to do. x_x

You know, after beating Turn 5 at launch, I was more concerned with getting a golden pickaxe than gear. That's how Minecraft I am. Stupid bots got it first, dampened my joy. Do they still have those harvest bots hogging harvest nodes in FF14? I imagine a lot has changed since launch.

We used to get on ventrilo and discuss guild politics and strategy while drinking beer and me harvesting. They always used to joke on me about that. I never did get it. I took my chance to be replaced as lead and went to eso a month later which only lasted a month itself.

Yeah there's still bots, but they've been getting better about squishing them. But yeah I want to be playing Minecraft, but the new raids and island stuff. x_x

Nether becomes so easy.

;-; I was blowing up beds in the nether. I built up to get a debris. came back down. broke one block too many, fell in lava I didn't know was there. I built out of the lava ran back to my nether base. died to fire on the way there. no big deal, I can just immediately tp back. get back. get my stuff back. where's my sword. where's my enchanted diamond sword. it's just gone. I got literally everything else back. the sword is just gone. ;-;

Oh thank God no I didnt have the sword on me, it was safe at my main base. I lost nothing. And I have 52 ancient debris, which I believe is more than enough.

Did a bunch of trading got four more mending books. Just a couple more and Ill be set but Im all out of pages and flesh to trade for emeralds

Okay I spent a long time farming XP and enchanting. Mostly everything is done I think, I just want to get Unbreaking on my shovel which I'm surprised I don't have yet. Then I'll put the Mending books on. Still need 3 Mending books I believe, but it will be fine. I built cobbelstone tunnels between my base nether portal and spawn nether portal so that should be fine now. I also put an Ender Chest at my base and one at spawn, so if I know I'm gonna do something stupid and have a chance of dying in the Nether yet again I can fill the chest with essentials then when I inevitably do die I can just get what I need to go back and get my stuff back. Next time I play I'm gonna farm Endermen in a Warped Forest for pearls, or maybe find some piglins and trade. I also want to try and convert a Blaze spawner I found into a farm, but that sounds extremely dangerous lol

Oh also after I get all the enchantments I want I'll of course use the Netherite ingots lol

I saw some see-thru glass one on YouTube years ago and I was, "Thanks, but no." If I was 15 playing this game, I would have all of it made. Now I just don't have the patience foe it.

Oh and I got Feather Falling IV and Depthstrider III on my boots. :D

And I just farmed some Endermen. Got 30 pearls, more than enough.

Wearibg that skin, it would be cool if the creepers became your friend and killed anything attacking you with red eye layers.

Went back to that first Deep Dark biome I found from before I knew what it was. I just noticed there's an ancient city down there. Im gonna have to bring more wool.

I picked up three shriekers a few catalysts and some sensors. I found a room with like 10 sensors surrounding a shrieker. How the hell am I supposed to deal with that x_x

Just went on a little adventure, built a highway in the nether to the beach to get easy access to sand and the ocean. I found some ruins in the water with maps. They led me to buried treasure with something called a Heart of the Sea, some prismarine shards and an enchanted fishing rod with Luck of the Sea III. Also got some kelp and a few stacks of sand out there.

You make me wanna play it again. I'm just burnt out at the moment. I could be a spectator pet maybe that would watch your adventures and shield you from ghast mouth bombs. That could be fun.

Reminds me of early 2000 EverQuest when they had a monster mode patch. They let us log in as a random npc field monster and control it. It lasted all of one week due to abuse or whatever. I thought it was hilarious. I trailed some half elf as a rat for a while and as soon as I thought he was a friendly boy, he brained me with an axe.

My sword is absolutely ridiculous lol I don't like that Knockback II but it came with the Looting III so I'll take what I can get. It took 23 levels to combine my swords and rename it XD Now to get Unbreaking on my Boots and combine them and I'll be all set!

The knockback might help when being mobbed due to hit box shielding. Spamming attack might kick one back and hit the next one that's too close. Not sure how it works. Can you hit 2 at once or just 1? It's been a while.

Mostly one, but sometimes it will do a sweeping attack and everything 1 or 2 blocks in front of me.

It probably took about 30x longer than what a good player could achieve it, but it's done. Every slot. Every tool. Fully enchanted, full Netherite, plus a Silk Touch Diamond Pickaxe. Now I need to get a Trident and Elytra and enchant those, but that's gonna be goals for down the line. I think my next step is to farm blazes for rods, wither skeletons for skulls, then fight either The Wither or the Ender Dragon. But it's break time!

I had fun with lava potions. Or whatever fire resist was. Nothing better than conquering lava for all the times it burned me.

I ran around a Nether Fortress for over an hour. Probably killed about 50 Wither Skeletons. Only got 2 skulls, and that was with Looting 3. Killed some Ghasts too and got more tears, and a bunch more Magma Cubes and Blazes. Also when I finally left the Nether there were a bunch of dudes with crossbows shooting at me. One was holding a flag. I killed him and I got a debuff called "Bad Omen". No idea what that was about.

Oh and yeah they're just called Fire Resistant Potions.

The debuff causes a raid the next time you visit a town.

You had that many levels, and gear that good, and still didn't have any potions of fire resistance? You should always carry one with you when in the nether, especially when you're teleporting through a new portal and you don't know what's on the other side.

That was literally the first time I had stepped into the Nether in this world. I dont think I could get Fire resist potions before that? Or if you can I dont know how.

Also I didnt even know how to make potions until last night >_>

Looking for an End Portal. Parts of this Stronghold were cut off with a deep dark biome. there's holes in the floor leading to sculk caves. I'm curious if there's a city down there. also what if the portal generation was overwritten with deep dark lol
