No, but yes. You'd have build a portal to the Nether at each house and zip through the Nether to do that. You could make a safe annex that would take 10% of the walking time it would over land. The other way would be to build a 320 unit high tower and glide off of it to your other house.

They should have teleports by now, but probably only with mods. There might be some new way I'm forgetting.

Idk, I like the rework. The new biomes are varied. And there's more dungeon variety. And Ancient Debris! Although personally I think it's weird that you can get a material stronger than diamond before you kill the dragon. Hopefully in The End update there's something stronger, or like an alternative. Like you can upgrade diamond gear with netherite, or enderite or whatever they decide to call it. Or maybe there just won't be ores in The End. We'll find out whenever they decide to update it.

Oh yeah if you want to fast travel between bases, you'll either need to fly, or build a network in the Nether

There is a mod, can't remember what it's called. Like waystones or waymarks or something like that. Adds fast travel locations that you can find in the overworld or build yourself.

Look up Wattles on youtube. Sometimes his videos are a bit long, but he's really good at showing you how things in Minecraft work or how to do certain things.

I hope one day there is a Zelda 1 Minecraft. Where you play Zelda 1 NES in Minecraft graphics. That would be neat.

If there was a PotD Minecraft server again I would not be opposed to some SMP.

Most middle-eastern places similar are housed with makeshift caves and tents. Wood posts and fabric then later molded earth of some type usually pale.

Maybe if we repair some of them Piglins could come through and set up outposts. And if you leave on offering of gold, maybe you'll have positive faction with then. That could be cool.

Did some more exploring. I quite like this seed a lot of cool generation, most if not all biomes pretty close to home. Also I found a zombie village just off the map to the right of the frozen biome :0

But, also. I kinda feel done with this world until 1.20? idk. I'm not really much of a builder and I've pretty much completed all of the PvE content.

I kinda want to try some modded minecraft or something.

Decided to kill the Ender Dragon a few times since I havent played in a while. Idk what happened but I was underneath it hitting it with my sword and all of a sudden I was on the edge of the island dead. I was so scared everything went into the void. Thankfully no. I think just like a TON of momentum from the wing knockback thing built up and it just smacked me into a pillar a one shot me x_x I lost 70 levels.

Why is it so rare for drowned to drop their loot. I only have two nautilus shells, and Ive literally only ever seen one holding a trident. He didnt drop the trident.

I was wondering what happened to this thread. My current project is exposing an Ocean Monument without using sponges, just sand...because I'm a glutton for punishment apparently.

I've just been busy raiding in FFXIV and playing other games like Octopath Traveler. But I was just like "man, I need to play more Minecraft" Anyway have 11 Dragon kills. I'm trying to set up farms for all the different vines and other growables. Even all the kinds of wood. I want to finally actually build out my base. I want to get tons and tons of resources together of all kinds and actually start building stuff. Sure I have a few things I built, like my house, and some farms, and the apiary. But literally everything I built is just a big block of cobblestone and glass. I want to actually learn how to build. Also something I wan to do is make a minecart system underground. I spend a lot of time caving, I think it would be neat to build like a minecart hub under my base leading to all the different caverns I've found.

I was trying to find some good slow mo dragon kills in skyrim, but most of these boneheads don't know how to edit and have 5m front and back of filler.

Neat. I do have this suped up fishing rod I've never used, should try it out later.

Also, Minecraft Live in 2 weeks, where we'll learn what 1.20 is, and possibly also 1.21. Everyone keeps saying 1.20 will be the Deep Dark Portal being opened. No way. That would be very repetitive to basically do Caves and Cliffs part 4. They still need to add the warm biomes updates they promised, and they need to update The End, which they said they would not add a fourth dimension until they update The End.

Also also, everyone is expecting the Deep Dark portal to lead to a sculk dimension. No way, there would be no reason to go there, we already have an entire sculk biome and structure. Whenever they do add the fourth dimension, it's going to be something nobody is expecting. And with Kingbdogz being behind the Deep Dark and Ancient Cities, and presumably whatever is behind the portal, it's going to be something new and unique and really cool.

They give you water breathing, underwater nightvision and improved mining speed in a radius defined by how many blocks you put around it. I put mine in the front courtyard area and had it cover the whole monument. They also attack enemies, but only within 8 blocks of the conduit.

And I upgraded my kiln, I increased the lava capacity by 4 times, from 8 to 32. I also finally put floating lights over my wheat farm.

Took me long enough to do these things. lol

I plan to actually build out my base, all of these things will be very useful. I did find a mangrove swamp, would be nice to get a froglight farm going.

Also I've been farming giant mushrooms for a secret project.

Also I figured out I can bonemeal nylium to farm Nether fungi, so now I have a way to farm the nether woods and shroomlight, which will come in handy!
