I've been wanting Psylocke and Magik for my Mr. Negative deck.

Psy to get him played faster, Magik to use the swapped powers to their full potential. It's also the only time QuickSilver seems like a good idea, because you want to be able to save the stronger cards for later.

Yeah I've played against Mr Negative decks that have Quicksilver and Domino to keep their other cards in their deck longer. Downside is lowering your chance to draw Mr Negative.

Yeah. I'm pretty sure that's bad strategy. Getting Psylocke by turn 2 and Negative by turn 3 is what makes the deck really tick. You'd rather increase chances of that happening-- you can never play your whole deck anyway.

In fact depending on my other draws if I don't have Negative turn 3 I skip on even playing him.

Decided to add Zero to my Ultron deck over Squirrel Girl because he can nullify Ebony Maw, has 3 power, and he can be used before any of my many no-power cards. And because Squirrel Girl is redundant with Ultron's powers.

Uuuuuusually.

Basically, Patriot and Kazar do the heavy lifting and buffing. I usually don't build around Ultron being there until he's in my hand, then I just make sure to fill in one spot with 3 cards and let him loose.

I had two games in a row that I didn't draw Patriot or Kazar at all, and one even had Limbo. That was a lot more difficult for me to win than no Ultron.

Oh man Zero rules. When he nullifies anyone's powers, Patriot buffs them too. So if I use it on Ebony Maw or Storm, they get +2 as well.

Man, my alternate art shop has been SO trash the last like 3-4 weeks. I've seen the same Angela and Moon Girl art offered 4-5 times now. Where's my Goose and Cosmo art that I want, huh?

More cards. Gonna do this for every tier 3 card just for completions sake I think.

Rogue - Seems like a good Mr Negative Card but haven't found a spot for her. Disliking the art doesnt help.

Rescue - Seems effective in theory but very boring and possibly overstacks her lane. Not sure why I'd ever use this. I think I'd rather use Jessica Jones most of the time. A 2 or 3 cost that did something like this would be a more interesting successor to Hawkeye.

Dagger - I like the synergy with Cloak. Seems more like the kinda movement I'd like as she prefers later game moves rather than just moving constantly. I'd maybe use this.

Typhoid Mary - I used to collect marvel trading cards as a wee lad. That's literally the only reason I know this character, ten year old Lopen thinking she was hot. She's still kinda hot but she looks crazed too. Maybe I should seek the character out. Crazed hot women speak to me. In any case I would make a deck with her. Need Luke Cage first methinks but maybe not.

Spider-Man- I really like his effect and the idea of comboing him into Xavier. I'm not sure what I'd use him for immediately (Destroyer deck?), but glad to get.

Agatha - I will try a deck with her but not till I get Wave I think. She's really interesting though. I'm trying to think of a deck that could use her without just trying to get her out of your hand.

Brood - These guys are awesome. I'm throwing them in my negative deck right away. I have some other ideas with them too though. Great get. One of my top 5 left for sure.

Agatha always starts in your hand and plays your cards for you, like Ego. She's 6/14. The plays she makes are completely random with one exception: if she can play herself, she always will. Once she's out of your hand you can control the game again, so all decks that use her either use Wave to get her out early, or are discard decks hoping to discard her then bring her back onto the board for free with Ghost Rider or Hela.

Wtf, that's lame.

I think it's to stop people from using her to play the game to grind boosters for other cards while they are afk. Which is annoying, as I consider my Agatha deck to be legitimately strong.

To boost my collection level I got Agatha to Infinity twice, lol.

Anyone know if they have any intentions of adding a friends list or ability to play friends. It would be nice to play people you know, even if they kept it cubeless to prevent cheating.

Yeah it's coming eventually. They can't really have a tournament or esports scene without adding that feature.

Oh do they plan on going the esports/tournament route with this? Probably should be expected by now with any game that has a hint of competition.

You can absolutely play a destroy deck without Death for the record. Deadpool is much more important for it to work imo.

My destroy deck got me to high 50's last season without Deadpool while having Death.

I got two hours to decide, Deadpool or wait for something to bolster my discard decks. With my luck ill let Deadpool go and get Moon Knight in my next pack anyways.

Is Discard really popular?

It's what *I* play the most because its my favourite, but i have like 6 other decks I play that I also think are just as strong so I'm puzzled why it's all I seem to run into.

I don't seem to run into any discard decks. Which I why I think its so successful for me.

Discard isnt super popular, I think because theres a lot of randomness involved. Dracula is definitely a fun card to use though

I only see destroy Death decks

Getting got by Leader really fucking sucks, but I think making a different move in anticipation of Leader only to get beat by them not having Leader is an even worse feeling. I think statistically it's better to play like Leader doesn't exist and just accept that sometimes you will lose to it

No, only cards played. Which means her effect would work on your end too though.

Ok, odds are people aren't running a discard deck with leader though. Or at least I havent seen it yet so them getting a 6 power vs my 6+ still works in my favor. Also having Dracula on the board and not playing anything so he takes +20 from Infinaut is always funny because leader gets nothing.

10 cards on the board and destroying literally any of them wins me the game, and my Gambit decides to hit the fucking Colossus.

I deal with the same shit from Blade almost every time I use him. Hand of about 4 or 5 cards sometimes and he discards Hela.

Got an Electro avatar. First decent avatar. One step closer to one I'll actually be excited to use.

Side note that confirms you can get avatars for someone you don't own. Which is nice. I was not sure cause I'd only got characters I owned to this point.
