I think this is an easy game and we might be done by eod5. You've said a lot I agree with, and if certain "catches" on people turn out true, then that clears a lot of people. Lopen posted a list earlier that I think Lea called "easy mode" or something, but like, I felt pretty good about most of it.

This is the weird part of Ctes's post, because reading the game, Lopen felt pretty obvTown to me. That said, I've spent 95% of the last two games interacting with him (not by choice), so not everybody would have the same perspective, and also I skimmed enough to see he was dayvigged and flipped Town, but still.

Reading the last few posts tells me interesting things have happened.

But to reiterate before I go into more baking: Scare is absolutely full of it, by the way, and the fact he's standing up for Han one second then voting to get your attention the next is also an awful look for the both of them, and there is no way both of them are clean.

MI is Town.

Scare is Town because his shot is just nonsensical for Scum to make.

Townish
Sultan - I thought he was for sure Town, then he backed off a bit on his claim, but frankly, some of the attacks what flew his way have painted other people as more Scummy, and things are currently laying out before me where Sultan is Town. Like, for him to be Scum, he had to just completely flub his claim, thinking that he was claiming "Flavor Miller" and then someone had to be like "No Sultan, that's not a role!" Which is totally up Sultan's alley. But even still, that's the conspiracy angle.

Corrik - Felt like Lopen/Corrik was Town/Town. At the very least, for Lopen to be putting that much effort onto Corrik probably means he's Town.

MZero came out with fire which has meant he was Town in recent games, but it's possible that Scum him has realigned to play a little more active.

Lea - Got similar energy to MI. I didn't disagree with testing Ben's claim upfront, and breaking down role meta in 1.281 felt motivated by a desire for truth in unfolding the game.

Ctes, 1.27 - his clearing the air of BCT's first post as not something that's not really out of character for BCT was good (though he looks more Scummish if BCT flips Scum)

SBell - Felt opportunistic and sliding under the radar though I did like when he said the Suprak slot was BCT.

Red - Red made like, one post where he was actually thinking about something which implies Town. Maybe.

Chang - has been a bounce back and forth for me, but I like that he wasn't afraid to follow through on Suprak.

Ben - My opinion on Ben is roughly my opinion on Suprak slot, which is just that I had decided not to care too much early. However, post 1.331, he described what he thought Town behavior would be from Suprak slot - I disagree with his conclusion, but it's important to pay attention to Suprak slot's behavior as opposed to what one might expect Town to do with it - paints a psychological profile.

Stan - Stan has made weird posts, but other people have echoed that. The weirdest is that some people have said he made weird posts, and he did not reply to those. However, Stan is, I think, really rusty and hasn't played in forever? So weirdness is not necessarily as Scummy here.

Scummish
JC - Guy has made one good post this game. He did a lot of nothing, had some opportunistic hop-on points (1.127, just came out of nowhere to toss some fuel onto a possible Sultan fire). I didn't like his 1.257 post either.

Death - Avoided taking a stance on Sultan 1.78 which was Scummy. 1.275 was a particular weird one - Death just accepted the Suprak claim as presented. It felt Scummy, I guess because Scum tend to take things at face value. Town tends to be a bit more discerning. Most of my notes are "Death looks Scummy for this post". My only hesitation here is that I don't think I traditionally read Death that easily, so... shrug

Scum
Isquen - the easiest Scum to catch are the ones who are just doing really bad acting.

like aren't there some logical steps missing here in this progression from 0% suspicion to 100% confidence. and also you can't reasonably suspect scare for voting for Han to get his attention. you literally voted for Han and then unvoted him in the next post, how is that any different?

Because I'd like to wrap the game up quickly one way or another. He's not Day Vigilante. Plain and simple. "Yinz" can do your own math homework later.
