Im ready to vote Corrik because ultimately I think thats the best way to untangle this Gordian Knot and I think hes the most likely to be lying here.

But Im hesitant to put him at -2 with so much time before lynch. I might keep my vote off to avoid an accidental early hammer if 2 people STP but you can all consider it a Corrik vote in spirit

Man hindsight really is 20/20 and all that but now that we know Scare was scum, I admit it seems much harder to believe he's not the reason for the shot I will admit. yeah but assuming scare is the reason for the stop has 2 issues for me personally

1) no reason scum scare would lie about the reason for the stop. I pointed out yesterday I dont see much benefit.
2) the insane coincidence of BCTs post timing

I dont know what the real reason is but I dont think it makes sense to read into it as confidently as corrik has.

also if scare is scum day vig then he does actually have a reason to fear a potential town day vig.

It would be an insane coincidence yes, but it's such a small window.

I think I'm just not gonna put that much sense into anything Scare did anyways. I don't disagree there would be little benefit but I think that also goes for shooting Lopen in the first place.

Okay. I'm sorta back. Won't be entirely until I get to work.

Looks like everyone put their vote on me and left though, so I guess it doesn't matter.

When I flip and you see my role pm, honestly you should just lynch MI regardless. He lied to get me lynched, and I am not happy about it regardless of his alignment. I feel like I have been doing well this game. If he is town, he is playing anti-town here and cost us a mislynch.

I don't even wanna think about the motivation or factors regarding it. It's just annoying all around. I can't make my role not what it is. My role clearly states my role was the first randomized. That no other people have roles. And that no other roles will be randomized until after I answer questions.

I mean, what else can I even do at this point. It's frustrating, but it's okay. My flip will make people listen to my reads hopefully and it's just a fun Christmas game (despite whoever acted like they were 4 and marked me for saying someone was an idiot for accusing someone of lying about activity when they have the most posts in the game). Sad.

Anyways, if you have questions I think we have an hour. I can try and get you pointed in the right direction for scum after I flip and you all see I was what I said I was. It won't say I chose Lopen though. It will just say I had the power to choose someone.

The massive difference here is there is actually a benefit to lying about this as scum. Getting a claim down here and sowing distrust in the mason team is plausible.

meh Im gonna have less time here than i thought and Im stuck on my phone for the time being.

i feel strongly that the lynch today should be ben and not corrik. Im hopeful that others will feel this way too and join me and sultan. if anyone hasnt made up their mind yet Id like to know what your decision is hinging on

MI has stated the same thing, They can't both be true given that Corrik has said MI was one of his options.

They can't be both true because mine explicitly says NO OTHER. And MY ROLE is first. It's literally not debatable and it is absolutely in my role pm. It is going to flip to the game.

If you're being honest and flip town with the PM you described, sure. We'll lynch MI and then Lea after that. If you don't flip town, though...

Either way, we win, and your lynch helps us solve the game, giving us way more information than lynching Ben would.

This is a very good point here. Anybody got a counter to this?

Because if MI is scum, then there's a good chance Lea is too. My biggest question is why they felt the need to claim masons, yet Corrik thinks it was to target him when that was already debunked since Corrik claimed after they did.
