Yeah, I'm here too now. Conquest is incredibly frustrating to play as a result. Regular play is fine, but I'm not that deep into the ranks. But it's just obnoxious that we go from Galactus BS to High Evo BS to this Bounce BS. And all of them make you feel nearly useless against them for the most part.

I haven't seen any HE decks since the nerfs and honestly they were starting to disappear before that too.

Right now it seems like everyone is running some variation of Galactus Destroy. It has Shuri and Nimrod and blah blah blah trying to play Galactus on turn 6.

Maybe it's finally time to move on from this game because it's been stale for a while. I'd love to be proven wrong but I think this game is ultimately too simple to introduce any interesting decks or archetypes at this point. It's not a good sign when it feels like creativity is already floundering this early into the game's life.

I mean even if they do decide to add a new keyword or a new deck style completely imagine how slow it would take to actually build up enough cards to play it.

I dunno if the game is missing novelty or depth. You'd have to play a ton to really get bored of all the decks by now.

I think what's missing is some sort of community multiplayer mode. There's a monthly ladder but it's pretty sterile. My ranking doesn't really relate to any of your rankings. I could've run into more bots, or just faced completely different players. So even though there's a solid 20 players on b8, I don't feel like I'm playing with 20 people month after month.

If they can solve that then I'd play much more.

Every edge case for echo just seems bad. Even "protecting a wong lane" is bad because you're giving up a spot.

I saw someone suggest echo + viper so you could play like skull and Mary but like... Sauron does that for the same cost and in one card.

Big use I see for Echo is to buff Wong decks

Echo X Wong X Mystique means your opponent can't dump Cosmo into that lane and just stuff your stupid combo.

Wong is already super draw dependent, adding another card into the mix isn't great. But on turns 3/5 I suppose you do end up with an extra energy that you could use on her.

I think she's there to give them a lever to balance metas that end up too Cosmo-heavy.

Echo could also help destroy decks (that arent running Killmonger) prevent Armor and Cosmo, which may be relevant soon with the big destroy cards that are coming soon

but yeah Cosmo isn't being used in the top like...15 decks and armor isn't much better right now so Echo doesn't need much play

Echo can't really do those without prediction. I mean it works but you'd rather just use enchantress or rogue for that.

Echo I feel fits in more as a protection card to protect your lane from enemy ongoings annoying you. I mean I guess if you know they're playing Knull or Darkhawk or whatever you can secure a lane with it if you have priority on turn 6 where Rogue and Enchantress wouldn't help in that case. That's another use.

No you have to play before, and with priority. If they play Hawk/Dino before T6 you can crush them with Enchantress/Rogue. The only blind spot is if they play T6 and you have priority, which is the niche Echo fills.
