Echo I feel fits in more as a protection card to protect your lane from enemy ongoings annoying you. I mean I guess if you know they're playing Knull or Darkhawk or whatever you can secure a lane with it if you have priority on turn 6 where Rogue and Enchantress wouldn't help in that case. That's another use.
Yeah I see her being similar to Goose. Not necessarily meant to actually get her ability to activate every game, but you get to control where your opponent is willing to play their stuff

The effect says any Ongoing after Echo, therefore Echo must be before the Ongoing

I see Echo as basically just another alternative to Iceman or something. Gotta get something out on curve Turn 1, maybe you cripple one of their plans, maybe you dont, but you werent getting any power on the board otherwise, and there are at least 4 better 1-costs

Definitely should just be a Series 3 card

Maybe something you throw into a Conquest deck in case you run into a use for it?

As a 1 cost Id have been fine with On-Reveal. Theyve made so many strong/annoying cards I dont think Echo would really be broken if she even worked like the location that just disables Ongoing abilities in a lane either. Cosmo already does that for On-Reveal at 2 higher cost so they couldve just made her identical to that, but stopping Ongoings

LMAO at a Season Pass card being buffed mid-season

Heres how powerful Bounce is: I just curbstomped someone with it in Silver Conquest and I didnt even know Kitty/Monkey/Ham had been changed until mid-match

I wonder if this makes Phoenix Force/Multiple Man TOO powerful if you hit it on curve

Moving it on 5 and then again on 6 plus two turns to play other move enablers on it is going to flood the board with 8 power cards very easily

EDIT: Which I guess is a huge buff to Kingpin and 2099 if that happens
