That was the one I found. I ended up going back to an auto save from 10 hours earlier in Act 2.

Save at a bench outside the area, and head into Pilgrims Rest. Make sure you destroyed the gear that closes the door. Yeah, I didnt know about that before reaching Act 3.

Give me almost any boss capable of flying who moves semi-randomly. Some of the bosses I barely struggle against and then objectively easy bosses like Broodmother I'm stuck on for hours please send help.

Completion spoilers: Am I stupid for thinking there was gonna be an act iii. I walked right into the minimal completion final boss and first try'd it thinking there was going to be one more section after this because i assume you can get a double jump upgrade and that'd be when

Instead, apparently i needed to do one more wish quest in songclave to unlock a new questline, and i guess also the gourmand quest

On that note, is it just me or are the package escort quests, particularly the one for the food, fucking miserable. I am not looking forward to needing to do this to play more of the game. I still never found maps for Slab or Bile, although i did find the stupid crying baby that's in my inventory now and all these gear cog pieces

I hate rolling credits "too early" in a game lol

I'm not there yet but you need to get a different ending to unlock it.

and double jump is in a location you have probably seen the start of. Also makes the escort quest easier or as far as I'm concerned doable at all.

I'm the opposite with credits here in this case with more endings existing.

I was doing the collecting the chorus quest. The gauntlet for the 3rd one straight up gave me ligma. It took me around 3 tries, and in the 3rd try I chose to abuse the hell out of the Flea juice and Beast style.

Basically on the double big guy part, I just tanked that dude and bursted him in like 3-4 seconds. After that, the 1v1 was pretty easy.

But did this gauntlet need to be like... 10 minutes long? It was so boring and frustrating

Also there are way too many fucking flying enemies in this game. More than half the enemies are flying and have that aerial avoidance movement that reads your movement so it's basically impossible to chase them down in a reasonable fashion half the time, thus creating this like waiting game for every flying enemy. You can use tools but tools are not exactly reliable for long stretches

Are sting shards the caltrops that enemies step on ? Because I agree that adding poison to those caltrops and the drones is hilarious. I've killed two bosses off screen because I was dodging or healing in a corner.

Sting Shard is the deploy-able spike trap that floats around and if an enemy touches it spikes them for pretty major damage. Tacks are the one you throw on the ground. Anyways I've gotten the first Crest that I really like over the original but it's pogo is very awkward to use. Architect. Basically the same Pogo as Hunter, but it's insanely short unless you hold the button down, and then it's super long. But there's also a touch of delay to it. On the bright side however, it seems like all of this crest's attacks might hit multiple times? I really like this conceptually so I'm gonna keep using it, but I'm not entirely sure this is actually beneficial.

Thanks to tips from others I also have Vesticrest so my build options are significantly improved. Time to go learn the third song and then probably spend a ton of time cleaning up side quests now that I'm pretty sure I'm close to 100% power level.

The Sting Shards, Tacks & Pollip Pouch combo is brilliant at dealing with the extra mobs the boss will summon..

Got a nice upgrade earlier- Shining Needle.
Also finally found the second Silk Heart. For how far into the game you need to be to get that and for how much of a nuisance The Unravelled is, it's kind of underwhelming tbh.

If you want to get all the endings on one file, avoid fully clearing out Bilewater until later. There's a ending locked behind a challenge that you can end early and lock yourself out of.
Is Putrified Ducts "Safe"? I want to start exploring all the areas I can before finishing the game. I found some huge pinkish area on the west side of the map that seems an absolute nightmare to traverse due to growing pathways, the Ducts, and of course Bilewater. I think there might be other hidden nooks and crannies but that's where I'm at. I'm probably gonna go for the third song next, provided that doesn't lock me out of anything.

With the Architect build, I found that it doesn't bother me not having use of the R Button skill.
I usually reserve my Silk for healing up. Having 3 Tool Slots is pretty fucking powerful. Spike Shard, Tacks, Fly-Drones PLUS Pollip Pouch is a lot of additional firepower to bring into a boss fight and in battles that throw different waves at you, it's great for dealing with some of the attrition that normally causes.
