But I've found either 6 or 8 silk capacity upgrades (forget exactly) so it's not like I'm not trying to explore, I'm just apparently checking all the wrong places

I know most of us dont care about ESRB ratings anymore but its funny to me that all this difficulty discourse is happening over a game thats literally for childrenrated E10. Not even T!

I know its not for kids, but its refreshing to have a brutally difficult game like this be (mostly) family friendly.

I'm stuck on an arena fight right beside the cinductir in the citadel. My god this one is tough. After an hour of failing it, I went back to the earlier areas to do quests instead.

After an eternity without finding any crests or movement upgrades I found two in a row(hookshot thingy and Architect Crest). I've been all around the Citadel today. With the new movement tool I should go explore older areas again and see where I can get to, I know so far I can go open the bottom area of the Deep Docks and probably explore Mount Fay.

Interesting. I had the old man help me. Took me 2 tries but similarly cogflies made short work of the big bell lads.

Currently trying to get past The second giant conchfly boss. I've got other places to go too, it's probably nearing time for me to go deal with bilewater, but maybe I'll finally tackle Sinner's Road first. Insane how huge this game is.

Kingdom Hearts 2 & 3 have some of the most difficult bosses in gaming Ive ever played and Ive solod all bosses of Souls, BB and Elden Ring. Even Critical Mode is way more difficult than most other games Ive played

i just did this and tbh didnt find it particularly hard. I even got hit a couple times and I made it on my third try. The only reason I didnt make it on my second try is I fucked up and went all the way to songclave

tbh it helps that a large chunk of your path is identical to the second delivery

I've done way more tries on way more annoying bosses, not to mention some of those runbacks

I'm more surprised the harpoon isn't a directional ability. It would help so much with areas that have vertical climbs that require a bit trickier navigation.

I cleared out the enemies beforehand, but I don't think it was necessary. What really cost me my first attempt was accidentally going into the elevator in Shellwood. Even then, I had just enough time to deliver the Rasher but I slammed into the door literally right before the Gourmand's room and broke it.

As far as deliveries though, the trickiest one was actually the Fleatopia supplies.

i feel like fast travel points are poorly placed in this game. One of my few major complaints

i get that they dont want us just jumping from place to place, but especially the upper half of the game youre constantly going past the same shit for menial tasks in sidequests

also that secondary fast travel thing should be marked on the map (or just integrated into the entire fast travel system since it itself is tedious)

Almost. Tools don't refill silk so I still have to stop every once in a while to hit things normally. It changes the boss fights dramatically though knowing I can basically just tool them to death.

I have most of the movement abilitieswhen I bought the ventrica showing on the map it showed me a few on the map that I had discovered but not unlocked

including the one thats right next to the bell beast in the citadel and the one in songclave

ive been making the trek all the way to songclave from the bell beast point this whole time lmao

I went exploring to try and fulfill some wishes. Ended up finding my way into bilewater and the misty areas. I feel like I explored plenty of each area, but didn't find any map. Saw one of Shakra's rings but couldn't figure out how to get to her.

Ended up wandering straight into the Phantom boss fight. Took many tries, but I managed to win.
