Guy's whole thing is he's a super badass thanks to hard work. He's a goof, but even Itachi is like "yeah, this guy is really dangerous, don't take him lightly." He may have quirks, but he's an exceptional fighter

The story of Snow White is boring. The old Disney movie was only good for the stellar animation that still holds up today and some goofy liberties they took to make it more fun for kids. Idk any way to improve on the base story to fundamentally make it better and I do not trust modern Disney to do it. Did they add some killer songs to this one or anything?

Could be wrong, but I don't think Solo Leveling is considered an isekai. The story takes place in the main character's own world.

It's often called a reverse isekai, but for those not wanting to overly disect the term it still hits all of the tropes of the genre pretty hard. So it's not worth getting bent out of shape over the terminology

It has cool fight scenes and it's more or less just waiting for MC to gain and show off his newest power ups and every woman he meets to fall for him. It still manages to be enjoyable for what it is.

Season 2 also has dramatically faster pacing, so shit is constantly progressing. S1 had terrible pacing for the bulk of it and you're just waiting for the cool parts. S2 is 2/3rds good parts and the rest bring necessary plot developments. There's some mystery aspects involved, but tbh they're so far not very interesting.

I'm assuming that they gave Eve some sort of superpower cancer with the clothes melting thing hinting at it. I honestly expected either her or Oliver to die simply because they seem to enjoy making Mark suffer on this show.

Anyway, beyond some pacing issues due to some sidetracks, I really enjoyed this batch. Do we know when we're getting more? Amazon isn't exactly timely with most of their shows

Coming into senior year of hs, one guy decided he was going to be a cop. In order to train for his future career, he bought some mirrored sunglasses and would post up to keep a look out for trouble during lunch. He'd just stand there like a security guard every single day.

I know he wasn't super popular, but he did have a small circle of friends. At least a couple shared the same lunch period. So he had a group to sit with if he wanted. I only knew what the hell he was doing because one of them told me. They were fairly normal and weirded out by the situation as much as everyone else. This was right after Columbine, so everyone was edgy about the whole situation.

I hope he achieved his dream I guess. He hasn't made it to any hs reunions or anything

From what's shown, it looks like it's damn near exactly the same movie as the original. Stitch himself looks good. His original design lends itself pretty well to style like this/Sonic.

I'm actually hoping they take some liberties with the story somewhere. Otherwise, what's the point of this. Live action Mulan was inferior to the original, but at least it made the story different
