I have 4 different devices since starting it last year and want one more. Started with a TinyMight2, then a desktop ball vape, a Dynavap, and most recently a Tempest (portable ball vape) which makes the Dynavap obsolete and also gives a joint-like experience. My current car (NX 450h+) is the closest to my dream car. If it was sportier with handling, had like 100 more horsepower (currently 304), had physical buttons for HVAC and radio tuning, and backlit window and door lock buttons it would be the perfect car for me right now. I love everything else about it

Fuel economy is really important to me. So while a lot of cars have ridiculous speed and handling and look incredible, if the mpg is below 30 I lose most of my interest in it

Other than the handful of randos that live online in youtube comments, nobody is saying this. It's his first year, the expectation wasn't for him to win the natty and people predicted around 3 losses for him and maybe fall into the playoffs. We got a bit more confident after the Georgia game but expectations are back to what they were preseason. The Vandy loss looks less bad for him now since Vandy this year has shown that they aren't the cupcake team they usually are. I frequent a Bama sports board that has been cult-like since before I joined in 2006 (temporarily banned around 2012 when I pointed out how weird they were since Bama was about to face Notre Dame) and not even they are dumb enough to do what you're claiming

Yeah I was also used to growing up with not that much money, like the "can maybe get one thing from the Scholastic Book Fair" type whenever it rolled around. But then my family got money when my dad's company finally took off and I was in college, only to follow up with him blowing through all of it and what he had saved for us from it. So I'm always thinking about how my current lifestyle can come crashing down if I get dumb with money.

I also don't know what is enough when it comes to saving but I figure (stating the obvious) at some point you have to enjoy life somewhat while you can. I think the way you do it with your international trips is very nice and surprisingly frugal

Yeah. It's enough to be comfortable but I'm still always paranoid about how I would survive worst case scenarios. I stopped being a cheapass a few years ago, still feel bad when I spend a lot of money even if it's something that's worth it. Assuming my boss doesn't hate me during my performance review I might crack $150k in January or get very close to it

I like the DMV area because you can experience urban hell but also drive 20 minutes (double that with traffic) to a park that makes you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere
