Mana is just very poorly balanced for witch doctors. Pretty much any direct damage ability that costs mana is unusable because you need mana for your utility abilities.

It's hilarious because, take the wizard for example. You can spam electrocute all day every day because it's free. Then if you need to use Diamond Skin or Frost Nova to survive something.... they don't even cost resources. Your still at 100% arcane power to use for your mega nukes.


Whereas on the Witch Doctor, if you have lots of attack speed, you can actually just oom yourself solely with poison darts and not even have any mana to cast Grasp of the Dead (80% slow) or Spirit Walk (your escape). Then you wait for mana to use these abiliities, which means no attacking. If you want to use a mana damage ability like Spirit Barrage or Bats/Bears, just forget about using any utility abilities besides Big Bad Voodoo.

If you want some crowd control for a group of mobs or something Grasp of the Dead with Unbreakable Grasp Rune is an 80% aoe slow on an 8 second cooldown / 8 second duration, that's very good.

For survival you want Spirit Walk because it puts you in the spirit realm and you take no damage. I use the healing rune but any are good. And Spirit Vessel passive since if you get killed... instead of dying you go to the spirit realm for 2 seconds and take no damage from anything and get set at 10% health. If you don't have Jungle Fortitude passive, that increases your effective health significantly.

Bid Bad Voodoo with Slam Dance is amazing for dps. 20% attack speed, 20% movement speed, and 30% damage bonus? Yes please.


I love using Fetish Army a lot, the little guys actually do decent damage, and there are so many that they are great for tanking things. Even when things one shot them they still distract for awhile, so that's nice. Hex is pretty useful too at times but only against one or two enemies and not everything can be hexed.

Firebomb with Roll the Bones is great for aoe damage.

I think every other witch doctor ability is terrible. All of them.

It's about Angel and Buffy's relationship and that more or less ended in season 3, not much to do with anything that happens after.

Minimum wage is the minimum amount you can be paid to work.

It makes sense to compare losing time to that. It doesn't mean "if it was minimum wage then I'd do it." The amount you'd actually be willing to give up your free time for is likely higher. But if you math it out and it's less then the bare minimum then it's just like "lol not even minimum wage, joke tier, no chance."

Wages aren't about the difficulty of work, no, but they ARE about paying you for actual work. Try going into your job, sitting around, then being like "Oh, you're paying me since you're taking my free time" and see what happens.

Simply taking away your free time isn't worth anything to other people to make it worth paying you.


But your free time is worth something to YOU in the sense that unless you are getting paid enough to give it up, you will hold on to it. It gives me x amount of happiness to be able to sleep in on sundays, unless the amount I'm getting paid exceeds that then I won't give it up.

I cancelled my subscription last month. I was still really enjoying it and my guild was pretty active (moreso now that they've moved to a really populated server), but I had other games to play and most nights it felt like I was playing because if I didn't, someone else would take my spot.

If it goes free to play, I might pick it back up. I really wanna finish some of the storylines.

This is pretty much my exact situation with the game though I wasn't raiding or anything.

It is really sad, he was very talented. He wasn't even an actor or anything, he was the personal assistant to Joss Whedon's wife. They went out of drinks or something to some club and they were all just having a good time singing karaoke, they all saw Andy Hallett sing something. After this Joss wrote the Host for him to play on Angel.

Yeah, it sounds like if I wanted to I could sell my Diablo 3 copy. But when I've attached it to my Battle.net account, it's stuck there. Doesn't sound like this ruling is gonna make Blizzard offer a way to un attach the game from my account so I can sell it.

Doesn't really make sense. This question at it's core should revolve around board 8 and what's come of it. So not being able to visit B8, or b8wiki or b8 chat or anything that has spawned from it makes perfect sense. Not being able to talk to any board 8ers as well, even board 8ers who have become actual friends, though that would make it more difficult.

But when it extends to people you knew from outside of board 8 beforehand, it should at most just say "you can't talk about board 8 with them." Restricting them entirely makes this not about board 8. I might consider how much I would take to just cut board 8 out of my life, but my best friend is a completely different matter. And it's the same for many people.

2. Krystal (A Star Fox character that ISN'T just a Fox clone and could actually make Zelda's moveset useful? Yes.)
3. Paper Mario (IF you're gonna put in Toon Link, there's no reason why Paper Mario couldn't be one of the most awesome additions ever)
4. King K. Rool (Dedede made it in, and K. Rool already has a moveset from DK64)
5. Zoroark (Keep Lucario, but add Zoroark so we could have that Soul Calibur-esque "character that mimicks other characters' movesets" factor)

I actually really like driving by myself. It's just great alone time especially with music. Whether short trips or long drives. I find that a lot of the times when I arrive where ever I am going I get disappointed that my driving time is gone.

I think it's really interesting how Spike could kill Buffy now, but that's not what he ended up doing. The scene where he tries to kill that one girl was so awkward too. Like he wasn't a killer let off his chain that immediately reveled in killing. It seemed like he was trying to convince himself he's still that killer and work himself up to it. He did end up going for the kill but it just didn't seem like him.
