Finished Outland. Nice final boss, though not as good as Boss 4.

last boss gave me fits. I was one hit away and randomly jumped off the level like 3 times. I was so mind****ed while fighting that fight.

Just got the platinum in inFamous 2 - time to focus on some Outland.

Eternity was crazy. It demanded more precision with polarity than any other part of the game. I didn't mind it too much, it's still Outland so it's good stuff, but yeah, very noticeable difficulty spike. I would rank them, but I dunno how people are treating spoilers, but it wasn't my favorite level!

I forgot about my powers on the final boss, got down to one life and remembered to hadoken.

there's that ability to absorb bullets that probably would have been damn handy for the last boss. I forgot it even existed.

Oh, yeah. I used that a few times on Boss 4, but forgot about it on the last one. That would have been pretty useful.

I pretty much never used it anywhere. I would use beam on some of the minibosses like the dragons, but that's about all. I hated how you couldn't control it with the right stick though.

Man, I'm glad Brotherhood brought back the Assassin Tomb segments with these Romulus Lairs, one of my favorite parts of AC2 those things. I've already done a couple, and they're lots of fun.

Don't skip 2. Brotherhood isn't that big of an improvement over 2. I find the story in 2 to be much more compelling than Brotherhood.

I love AC2, but I've already done all I've wanted to do with it.

And considering the fact that if I do get the urge to play it again, it's easy to find for cheap, so it's not a big deal.

Bought Outland because you guys enjoyed it so much. Just beaten the first boss, good stuff. Best section was the flashback where you had both colours to switch between - hope they bring that mechanic in normally soon.

Played some more Brotherhood. Finally recruited my first few assassins! It was pretty awesome going on an assassination mission, whistling for the assassin, and them jumping out of nowhere to kill the target, aw yeah

Being able to whistle for your assassin trainees to take out some guards is too good. Ezio so awesome he can't even be bothered to do the grunt work in Brotherhood.

It's much faster than XII, and the gameplay systems are brilliant without being broken. It allows for creativity and a variety of playstyles, no constant rushdown or characters doing 90% combos five seconds into the round.

seems pretty fun so far. Of course I've never been able to play any KoF game competently. Doesn't help that they never provide movesets either. Also no B. Jenet still so I can't use the team I normally use :(

Played some more Brotherhood. Training up my assassin wannabes! Love being able to call these guys in so I can remain undetected. I've got one trainee up to level 6, although I'm not sure how high it goes.

Yeah. It wasn't a perfect run, but it was good enough. It seems like time is the most important thing, and you just have to rack up the multipliers along the way.

Bastion hasn't clicked with me. it's made by an ex-gamespot editor. people like it so maybe isometric games aren't for me.

the most important thing is the stupid multiplier. I really wish they had a category for best time because that is far more my thing. my run was 1 coin away from 10x and it sucked.

Yeah I'm not sold on Bastion yet, either. I think people are really drawn to it because of the art style and the way the world constructs itself around the character. The gameplay I've seen hasn't looked like anything too exciting. If they put a demo up on PSN and I like it then I'll get it, but this is a game where I don't really think I'll be able to trust other people's opinions, everyone is just too caught up in the style.
