Uh, I can't say I understand why the people at the end of the video got in trouble, at all.

he was making a scene, just like Squader, and even took off his jacket after saying "make me", if that isn't escalating the situation I don't know what is

Well the better question is why they were telling him to leave the area to begin with considering his girlfriend lived there and he hadn't actually done anything. They can't just go around telling people to leave whenever they feel like it. That's the crap they don't get and I will make sure they find out before all is said and done.

Then you and him can contest that during your criminal trial and see how much of the law you know

"Then you can go in front of an equally redneck lawyer turned judge and expect to get a fair trial even though the rest of the state doesn't act like the Constitution doesn't exist but here they do.".

No, I had an eviction hearing and they testified. I defended myself in that and used the opportunity to do what my attorney should have done days ago. They didn't give him the bodycam until the last minute though so he was not at all prepared.

And again, you are overconfident based exclusively on your supposed reading ability.

No "supposed" to it. It is important to properly understand what one is reading. I can do that better than most and this has been factually proven. I also figured as much prior to it being factually proven after noticing for much of my life that people have no clue what the fuck they are reading more times than one would expect.

It is most definitely "supposed." What you have is a test in which you scored within a very high percentile. Taking that result and assuming you are always right about something on the sole basis that you were the person interpreting the information is being classically overconfident.

If my sentence comprehension tested in the 97th percentile just recently here in January, and I have been WTFing my whole life at how people comprehend shit, and if I am in the 97th percentile (that roughly means out of every 100 people I comprehend what I read better than all but 3 of them) then what does that tell you? let me remind you the average IQ in the US is only 98, not 100. The location with the highest average IQ is Hong Kong with an average IQ of 108. Taking all of this information into effect it becomes more likely that 3 out of 100 comprehending better becomes less than that (however less that may be, if it goes along with total IQ [not saying it does] then that would be 1 out of every 100 or less.) It makes a lot of sense honestly. I always go back and re-read just in case but no if I am reading incorrectly then it should be simple enough to explain the actual meaning but if one cannot then it means it is not likely that person is correct, however there is always the fallacy fallacy.

Make whatever stupid fucking snarrky remark you want and think you're witty. You're not. You're a goddam burden on society, and it brings me great joy to know you will be safely removed from my society and placed where you belong: in a cage, like a fucking animal.

The saddest part about all this is how you just won't stop and keep firing ba c k at people. Like, you really think you're "winning" don't you? Someone makes a cracked about you going to prison, you "correct" them in the most asinine way possible. Jokes on you, inmate. There's a reason we're ignorant of prison life: normal human beings font go there. Normal people don't have a meltdown temper tantrum, kick their own ass, and face decades there.

Nice sentence fragments. You remind me of this study. https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/millennial-media/201304/do-racism-conservatism-and-low-iq-go-hand-in-hand . I notice the English abilities of the more extreme conservatives seem to suffer quite often. You very often see conservatives doing things like using "you're" and "your" wrong as well as just using our language in a manner that shows a strong misunderstanding of it in general.

Everyone ridicules you. The ones that actually try to offer serious advice? Well, they're wrong and you're right. The police who are doing their jobs? They're wrong and you're right. The lawyer representing you? He's wrong and you're right. The judge? Unqualified for sure. Your inmates when you meet them? Definitely not right.

At first I thought most were correct saying medication is needed. Now I think you're beyond help. You enjoy attention and have convinced the most important person, yourself, that you know everything and are always right.

Dangerous combo. Life will be tough.

They literally didn't know where I was when they got there and asked like 3 different people if it was them the person was talking about. They created the disturbance themselves. This is the bodycam footage received after I put in a public information request for bodycam from this incident. I put my video up and I only find it appropriate to complete the story by also uploading the bodycam footage. Sadly this footage makes me look a bit insane and makes an ass out of myself, however embarrassing this may be, I find it still appropriate for reasons of transparency, understanding (this is a real meltdown, this isn't something that happens every day, all the time, or even normally at all but it has been known to happen...), and completeness as my video I had up created confusion about the arrest. In this video I think Molineux was just trying to do his job after looking back at it. He seriously injured my foot when he was standing on it and tried to put me in the car (my ankle specifically), but I don't think that was intentional. I do think Officer Mikash should not have threatened me because there was no disturbance when they came and no disturbance until AFTER he had threatened me but he cited "disturbances" in his threat even though they hadn't been proven to have happened yet. I maintain when I said "Am I being detained or am I free to go?" that I honestly perceived that as meaning I wasn't being detained and I was free. I never perceived it as a command to leave, only a statement that I was no longer being investigated and detained. I do apologize to all of the folk watching me make an ass of myself though for having to witness that. I really wish they just left when they realized there was no disturbance after they had gotten there and walked right past me. I also wish Mikash had given his identifier. Right as the situation started and I had started recording he made a statement "Oh here we go with this already" it sounded like and that upset me right from the get go because it was an escalatory and unnecessary statement. As we continued Molineux sort of condescended and said "Does this make sense to anyone else?" like I was stupid and that further bothered me and you can even see on my video I started to shake when this happened. Had they not condescended and just said "please stop arguing with that lady" and left there would have been no issue on my behalf. I get that I could also have done things differently and made mistakes and probably should have left but you have to understand to me I could NOT go anywhere until I got at least Mikash's badge number. My brain told me I HAD to file that complaint and I HAD to have that information to do so. The 1st amendment grants the right for citizens to petition the Government to redress grievances and the 14th amendment grants the right to due process on the state level. I do maintain still that these rights were violated with solely Officer Mikash's actions. Officer Molineux later claimed that it wasn't a right to ask for a badge number but I believe that was due to unwillful ignorance not willful ignorance so I can forgive that. In this situation I thank Officer Molineux for protecting me from further harm, however I must persist my qualms with Officer Mikash for his performance and behavior during this event which did cause me anxiety and stress and somewhat helped induce the ensuing meltdowns. I also believe Officer Parks is a real class act and a great addition to the Hagerstown Police Department because I found not one thing he did wrong in any of his actions or behaviors and he was very polite to both myself and the other citizens in the area. I have the utmost respect for Officer Parks and believe that he truly reflects the type of behavior that should be performed by those wearing the badge. He even stood up proud in my video with no shame in his public display, and rightly so, again I found not one issue in how he performed, not even an iota of a flaw.

There was a news media link with regards to this incident and it can be found here - ( http://www.heraldmailmedia.com/news/local/hagerstown-man-guilty-of-disorderly-conduct-in-police-dispute/article_6f3941d8-163e-11e7-b4f3-5f71e8ff7b41.html ) - The only editing I did to this video was blurring out my social security number when they showed my social security card as well as muting out people's names and phone numbers who had provided them to the police. At various points I flip between Officer Parks' and Officer Molineux's bodycam based on what is going on, especially since Molineux's fell off for a good period of time but they are time synced and nothing is cut out other than the names and phone numbers, as mentioned before. Whatever they gave me a shot of (I think it was Haldol) I had parkinson's like symptoms for like 3 days and could never get comfortable or stop moving. It was horrible. People wonder why I need medical cannabis...well now you know. It keeps crap like this from happening."

last two posts are the video's description since apparently most didn't read it.

I used my choice to try to inquire into obtaining the information necessary to exercise my first amendment right to "Petition the Government to redress grievances". They denied me that right.

Lol....

It's true.
