This is the bodycam footage received after I put in a public information request for bodycam from this incident. I put my video up and I only find it appropriate to complete the story by also uploading the bodycam footage. Sadly this footage makes me look a bit insane and makes an ass out of myself, however embarrassing this may be, I find it still appropriate for reasons of transparency, understanding (this is a real meltdown, this isn't something that happens every day, all the time, or even normally at all but it has been known to happen...), and completeness as my video I had up created confusion about the arrest. In this video I think Molineux was just trying to do his job after looking back at it. He seriously injured my foot when he was standing on it and tried to put me in the car (my ankle specifically), but I don't think that was intentional. I do think Officer Mikash should not have threatened me because there was no disturbance when they came and no disturbance until AFTER he had threatened me but he cited "disturbances" in his threat even though they hadn't been proven to have happened yet. I maintain when I said "Am I being detained or am I free to go?" that I honestly perceived that as meaning I wasn't being detained and I was free. I never perceived it as a command to leave, only a statement that I was no longer being investigated and detained. I do apologize to all of the folk watching me make an ass of myself though for having to witness that. I really wish they just left when they realized there was no disturbance after they had gotten there and walked right past me. I also wish Mikash had given his identifier. Right as the situation started and I had started recording he made a statement "Oh here we go with this already" it sounded like and that upset me right from the get go because it was an escalatory and unnecessary statement. As we continued Molineux sort of condescended and said "Does this make sense to anyone else?" like I was stupid and that further bothered me and you can even see on my video I started to shake when this happened. Had they not condescended and just said "please stop arguing with that lady" and left there would have been no issue on my behalf. I get that I could also have done things differently and made mistakes and probably should have left but you have to understand to me I could NOT go anywhere until I got at least Mikash's badge number. My brain told me I HAD to file that complaint and I HAD to have that information to do so. The 1st amendment grants the right for citizens to petition the Government to redress grievances and the 14th amendment grants the right to due process on the state level. I do maintain still that these rights were violated with solely Officer Mikash's actions. Officer Molineux later claimed that it wasn't a right to ask for a badge number but I believe that was due to unwillful ignorance not willful ignorance so I can forgive that. In this situation I thank Officer Molineux for protecting me from further harm, however I must persist my qualms with Officer Mikash for his performance and behavior during this event which did cause me anxiety and stress and somewhat helped induce the ensuing meltdowns. I also believe Officer Parks is a real class act and a great addition to the Hagerstown Police Department because I found not one thing he did wrong in any of his actions or behaviors and he was very polite to both myself and the other citizens in the area. I have the utmost respect for Officer Parks and believe that he truly reflects the type of behavior that should be performed by those wearing the badge. He even stood up proud in my video with no shame in his public display, and rightly so, again I found not one issue in how he performed, not even an iota of a flaw.

Oh we do not need video proof to make this assumption.

I've been lurking these topics for awhile now and it's quite clear the TC needs serious help. More than anything, I'm concerned about his kid. I really hope that they're with their mom or someone who's capable of taking care of them since it obvious that it's not going to be him.

sure, we should as a collective take the steps to reach an idealized public sphere but in moments like this you have to detach desire from reason/expectation and, in a town of that size especially, recognize that people will be wrong in their jobs or simply also emotional humans and work with that realization instead of clashing against it and exacerbating the issue already there

should the second cop (and then further cops) have simply given their badge numbers and names? yes, even if only to realize it was the quickest way to dispel you and then dissipate the lobby
but you were already in the process of escalating the situation for feeling insulted when that is also how you yourself continuously exhibit talking to and inwardly feeling about people in general

you expressed your confusion at the time, but upon reaching the point of being in the elevator, it's also possible that you could have issued your grievances by taking the singular badge number that was given and then requesting the remaining information at a later date or time, especially considering it was not going to be addressed immediately or assuage your feelings of being condescended

but I feel for you and don't intend any of the above as an attack because I recognize where the uncontrollable issue derives from, I only say it in the hopes that perhaps doing so can seep in and assist you in the future

No I wouldn't lump him in with that group. He's a completely different kind of person than yourself or TRC. It's not like he's doing anything with malice - he's not trying to hack countless accounts or bring the site down.

He only has the one account (or at least appears to as he legitimately disappears whenever it's Warned/Purg'd) and I don't believe he has the resources or smarts to continually create new accounts that don't link back to him. Plus as soon as he got back on CE he'd be like "Look at this video!" so it's not like he'd keep it hidden.

Whether it's true or not, people need social skills and humility to get by. TC may or may not be as smart as he thinks he is, but he lacks adequate skills to thrive in a world like this. It's the people that think they're amazing that tend to fall first, and TC is no exception. The line between confidence and arrogance is very fine, and it's a line intelligent people know how to walk. TC clearly does not have the skill to do this, else situations like this could be avoided. Such a shame, for a guy that claims to be smart, he lacks the necessary ability to utilize that intelligence in any meaningful way.

That's precisely what I mean, KoS list wasn't done away because of me or TRC but the many other people who decided it would be cool if their leaked pictures showed them on certain bad lists (and yes some did this solely for that purpose, Bashers was a good example).

There does exist a sort of "name KoS" (not officially) which some people have fallen under in the past, but only when people already had many accounts banned (DN).

But that's not even necessarily true, is my point. Certainly, he doesn't have the knowledge he claims to, but even if he did, I don't agree with what you said.

TC's problem has nothing to do with his lack of intelligence. It's his blatant lack of common sense. He knows how to read a book and does his best to manipulate, but when it comes to bargaining and talking to people, he fails. TC is proof that intelligence, whether real or fake, is not enough to be successful. TC tries to twist his knowledge to get other people to bend, but he lacks the ability to do it efficiently, which is why it continues to blow up in his face. A good skill is knowing when to fold, and TC lacks that one crucial element of intelligence. It pretty much turns his smarts against him, if you will.
