KINGS are TRAMPLED by the Bucks 144 to 109 on the back of the triple double by the Greek Freak and a franchise record in 3 pointers made

but a very good 3-1 road trip, a 6-4 record as we come home for a very tough 4 game home stand

I dont think we played to our tempo, it shows our defense needs to be way better especially on perimiter and we struggle at the 3 to defend period. However we do get Bogi back coming up, so we'll see how things go

As a Magic fan they were hard done by down the stretch by the refs. No calls given on stuff even I thought were blatant fouls

Granted Cavs had no business even being in that game in the first place but Magic went 4/22 in the 3rd for like a 17 point swing largely due to taking horrible percentage shots

i don't disagree

i've always found terry to be a selfish player. it worked better last year when our guys were hurt, so his interests (score a lot, rebound a lot, get steals) wound up aligning with the team's interests. this year, the minutes and touches are both scarcer, so rozier has "getting mine" on his mind when he touches the rock, and it's toxic.

All the starters are +17-18 on plus/minus. All the bench is -20 or worse

I really don't understand why we never get given fouls on shots when there's contact but opposition get them all the time with the same amount of contact

This might've been the worst game the Raptors have played all year.

It was an ugly game especially with the refs, it was called poorly both ways, and some bad games by a lot of key players on both sides also

but I think the Kings are still playing well even when playing not great. I think there is enough in there that says they can contend for a playoff spot. We need to get through this rough part of this early schedule to see where we stand and go from there.

Next up is Minnesota and then the Lakers back to back Friday and Saturday. We need at least one of those, and hopefully both. And then Memphis to close out the homestand (I think Memphis)

Bogi looked really good coming back, no ring rust that I saw and he gelled quickly with the new guys around

and how about Troy Williams? He's on a 2 way contract with our G league team. But man, I hope we sign him and he gets a full time spot. I think he really fits in with what we want to do as a team

You guys got killed by the refs in the first half there. I've legit never watched a Raptors game where so many calls have gone our way, it was pretty unbelievable.

The Kings look good though. So many young players who with time look like they could be legit stars.

Yeah last years draft I said looked All star heavy, superstar light. And it really seems like it isall star heavy but potential for super stars is picking up a lot because Fox, Mitchell both seem like they have super high cielings at least and Tatum has a lot of strong pieces around him to develop him and he has a good basketball mind as well. It has the potential to be looked back as a class similiar to how they look back at the Lebron class (Not that these guys are THAT level, but just as a class as a whole)

and man next years class so far looks like there is some real talent out there. Duke looks NASTY and loaded

He is EASILY the MVP thus far.

I'm starting to think that this stint without Russ might be really good for our depth players. They get to step up and build some confidence that they can hopefully keep when Russ gets back.

tatum is in a massive slump, and he's not getting the touches to shoot himself out of it. he definitely bought into his own hype.

gordon hayward looks like a near-scrub - lost so much athleticism and lacks the legs to score on open J's now.

kyrie has come to life. a few too many heroball pullup 3s, but i'm living with those.

I have felt Hayward has been overrated when they made a big deal about him going to Boston. I think the potential of him and Kyrie got everyone excited and him being injuried left a ton of What If questions.

Boston will figure it out, they have a lot of talent, but they need to make it work together
