I'm familiar with the fighting game community but I'm also aware this site doesn't care about fighting games that aren't Smash (and to a lesser extent SF2)

Apparently I failed to do the quest to unlock Triple Triad when I first went to the Golden Saucer in FF14

I finally got a few good cards and am starting to be able to reliably beat some more people. Plus is still a super frustrating rule that always sneaks up on me, though!

I don't know if my spatial memory crashed in the past 3-4 months but I keep forgetting parts of the areas in Dark Souls 3 so I'll reach a fork, pick one way and then forget the fork existed/where it was lol. Took me forever to find the boss in the second (third?) area because I just totally forgot there was an archway I mentally put down as a sidenote while I explored a different path. And that was after I forgot a particular path as anything other than "that spot where a bunch of dudes kept sniping with blowdarts from rooftops" so I knew it damn well existed and I had been there at some point but it took me way too long to remember how I got there.

So far I'd say it's definitely trailing Dark Souls 1 and 2 but these games typically take a bit of time to click with me.

Whew, finished World 4 in Tropical Freeze. I think "water worlds are bad" is generally an overstated trope, but this one honestly wasn't that good.

Also have not had a boss fight I've enjoyed yet.
