Just finished listening to that video.

So basically you want people to actually play the game and have fun instead of going by lazy flowchart strats (that aren't particularly accurate in the first place), among other basics regarding voting. Yeah, I totally agree.

And I agree with Crescent that PJ's first post is incredibly fake too. Explain to me why you would think day is half over when you're clicking on a topic 1 that just appeared on the board today? And if you weren't browsing the board and instead waiting for the tag to know when the game starts, well, you got it, just a few hours ago. It doesn't make sense

It's not whether or not he actually watched it that irks me, it's that he went and patted puns on the back and basically said "good job buddy, I agree!"

To be honest I usually assume anything on page 1 is a joke, and votes very early on are probably not wholehearted. Context matters, of course.

Something about this post bugged me when I first read it and continues to bug me now. I figured out why.

Pj nonsense posting early is pretty standard Pj. Pj is basically a useless player early in a game.

Ben was the one person to comment after Pj's post other than me, but gave nothing behind it.

Ben lays into Pj riding specifically what I said, when Pj was practically back out of the picture because no one else was latching onto it. I currently suspect Ben is scum and Pj is town if he is. Probably DYL too. Something has not felt right about Ben and the feeling has worsened.

Well I personally am not the best at starting conversations, I'm sure most of you are well aware.

Though if I were to bring something up.... I made one post addressing the video. Several people pointed this out, saying they don't like it... and that's pretty much it. Crescent calls it an "Object of Focus"... even though I only made that one post about it.

So I'm asking all these people. What of it? Did post #140 set off any alarms? If so, why? Share with the class, vote even, don't just complain.

When I said, "I smell lies", I didn't explain or go into more detail at the time because I was busy with raiding until 10 cst. I meant to elaborate when I came back. When I came back, I saw you already posted about it, so I said "cool, Crescent sees what I see" and I included you along with my explanation to let you know i thought the same. Wasn't trying to copy anything off you.

I consider pressure/reaction votes to be sincere. They're an attempt to get a read on someone.

Joke votes, where you vote someone for absolutely no discernible reason or have no intention of looking into the person you're voting, those are what I find insincere.

IGCD's vote, for example.
