All 20 End Gateways spawned \o/ now what should I do with my End Island? It WOULD be cool to turn it into some kind of base. Also while I was at it doing the last 4 or 5 fights today, I also got three more stacks of Dragon's Breath. I can't imagine I'd ever need this much but who knows.

Well, whatever I do with it, for now I need more shulkers, so it's time to go end busting. >:)

Oh my God I cannot believe this shell didn't fall into the void. Also I decided I'm just going to head south and raid ever city I find. That way if Mojang ever updates The End I can just head any other direction to find new stuff. Or maybe I can use a program to reset chunks or something. idk. But anyway I've raided idk how many cities tonight. I have over 2 stacks of shells. But I'm gonna keep going!

Found this absolutely massive End City. It literally branches at like every point that it can, and it's extremely tall. And it has a ship. Too bad GameFAQs won't let me post the screenshot. :| idk how many Shulker Shells I want, but I should get a ton here. I have over 4 stacks, almost 5 stacks of Shells atm.

About 6 stacks. Taking a break right but going to keep End busting later. I almost want to get an entire Shulker full of Shells. But thats a LOT of Cities. A couple more stacks should do it though.

Made it like 16k blocks out in the End. Decided I was homesick and took an exit gateway back home. All those shells and Elytras and ores, plus a bunch of enchanted diamond loot scattered about random shulker boxes were my prizes. I'm quite happy with this haul.

Decided to go raid some more Ocean Monuments. Raided 4. 2 had no sponge rooms. 1 had 3 sponge rooms. 1 had 6 sponge rooms. I aint hurting for sponges now. I do have a project in mind that would use sponges, but I need a LOT more iron too. I should maybe finally make an iron farm this week. Yes. I'm 800 days into this world and I don't have an iron farm. >_>

Interesting, I did not know ruined portals could spawn in The Nether! Then again I haven't really explored the Nether that much. I actually just hunted out a few Bastions. I don't really know how to explore these things properly/know where all the loot is. so I actually probably missed out on a fair bit. Did get a lot of gold, an ancient debris and a scrap though.

Everything I got in my quick trip to The Nether. Not bad. But I think I want to explore more tomorrow and loot more bastions and fortresses!

Banners. If you place a banner down and right click it while holding a map it will put the marker on the map. I just have my own system for what each color represents. Be it my base, or a Nether petal or a village or what have you. I havent tried this, but I think if you name the banner at an anvil and mark a map, the map will also display the name of the banner.

So I decided to mix things up and built a tunnel boring machine down at -58 in the overworld, figuring that would be low enough that I should be under most of the big lava pools. Immediately dug into a MASSIVE lava pool, probably the largest I've ever found this deep. Only good news is that I did find a couple pockets of diamonds as I was cleaning out the lava that I likely wouldn't have otherwise found, but it was not a banner inaugural run.

Basically sticky piston/sticky block shenanigans combined with the TNT duplication glitch. (There are some that actually use dispensers for the TNT but most of them use duplication due to the sheer quantity involved.) It probably isn't substantially better than just mining, but I love the stupid red stone stuff people come up with.

Interesting, might have to look into building one of those.

For now though, Ender Chest full of empty Shulkers. Time to go raid some Fortresses and Bastions :D

Whoa I didn't know these guys could wear pumpkins. Is that because it's Halloween?

idk why, because I never attacked one, but the zombified piglins are just livid with me right now. It's possible there was one behind a piglin brute I hit I guess, but I definitely didn't see one if that did happen.

Gonna hit up a couple more bastions and maybe another fortress and head back home. almost every single shulker I brought is now filled to the brim with loot.

Also I love how the zombified piglins are just like "look at all these dudes swinging swords and axes at each other. absolutely nothing could go wrong if I got in the middle of them!"

And a few more full double chests filled with building blocks, monster drops, gold and diamond armor. I am swimming in profits from the Nether and End trips. So the gilded blackstone can't be smelted right? But the nether gold ore should be smelted rather than broken with Fortune III?

There were a few points in my Nether trip where so many piglins and brutes were attacking me that like literally the entire right half of the screen were captions lol

Ha ha, very amusing Nether portal. I was setting up a farm in the Nether and dropped a new portal to try and get me close to the farm in the overworld. Somehow it dropped me over 100 blocks away and underground....in a spawner room.

It is snapshot day my dudes! Lot of changes to creative inventory again, plus new rules, and massive tweaks to monster spawners. Spawn eggs for bosses. This is a really nice update for creative players.

Tomorrow me's problem will be how to get a villager 120+ blocks in the air. I'm tempted to just take them up to the limit first and get the trading achievement, but I'm not sure trying to take them back down a hundred some odd blocks without killing them is any better.

I ended up going with minecart just because I had a decent amount of horizontal distance to cover as well and there was a bit of a mountain between the village and the farm anyway. I actually had him all the way up at the spot and broke the cart to push him in and he somehow ran through me and all the way back to the village. Got him in on the second attempt and raid farm 2.0 is up and running and WAY better than the first one.

The process is coming along quite nicely. I flew back to my base to get some raw fish cus a black cat spawned. when I came back the cat had despawned. :| I want 18 adults to make 6 irons farms. Then I'll breed up some more, and they'll get shipped off to my base as I need more traders.

Gonna afk for a while though before I build more of these, my dog is begging me for a walk, and it finally got up above freezing.

I need to make some improvements to the raid farm. I was using leaf blocks for spawn proofing but they keep getting destroyed by something. The Ravagers also occasionally end up outside the kill chamber, the last one was perched on top of the villager and had destroyed half the enclosure.

Also need to add some item sorting because this thing generates a ton of crap loot and mostly I just care about the totems and maybe the emeralds.

Results after one hour of afk dog walking. Looks like it's working to me!

So I built three of these. Only two of them work. idk why the second one I built doesn't work, it's exactly the same as the other two. I made sure to build it at least a chunk away cus that's what the tutorial called for. Maybe it's still too close idk. But anyway, for some reason when I'm near this thing, it causes my entire computer to lag. No idea why. I'm talking frame drops. Stuttering. So idk if I should continue with this project yet.

I took the painstaking steps of relocating the entire broken unit over another chunk. It is further away from the first one than the third one is. Still does not work. No idea why.

Put Soul Speed III on my boots. Thought it was a mutually exclusive enchantment with Depth Strider. Turns out it isn't! So now I go zooming on soul sand/soil lol

Wasn't sure what to do tonight so I went back to one of my early mob farms and installed a trident killer on it to give me a easy place to repair all my mending gear.

So I learned a new thing last night. If a Creeper is struck by lightning it turns into a charged creeper, and any zombie, skeleton or creeper that is killed by a charged creeper drops its head as an item. Thats cool but man in like 850 days I think Ive only experienced like 6 thunderstorms. Idk if Ill ever get to make zombie or creeper heads. I already have skeleton heads from Ancient Cities.

Funnily enough, like the second or third night in my world, there was a thunderstorm and it turned one of my pigs into a zombified piglin. That guy is still alive living in a hole near my base. lol

You can do it with a channeling trident too.

I think there is a trick with red stone and a lightning rod but I have to look for it.

There is not, or at least I couldn't find one. I wonder if the prevalence of thunderstorms varies depending on the biome because I seem to get a lot of them in my game where I'm in the jungle biome.

In other news I think my wither skeleton farm is a loss. I finally got the nether portal mess straightened out, but the spawn rate is terrible and the skeletons that do spawn get hung up on the edge of the portal for some reason and don't drop into the kill chamber.

Finally saw another thunderstorm. It only lasted about 30 seconds. Wasnt even enough time to find a creeper :|
