Oh nice, the previous Phoenix Force datamined ability was just +5 power to the revived card or +10 if it was Jean Grey. This seems way more usable.

As a Cerebro 3 player I do not like this card, but I think it's actually a well designed card. Can't be used retroactively and can only surprise an opponent if you predict them.

Wow, Echo is finally an answer to Cosmo.

Even if it was just next turn that's still really good. Each turn feels bonkers for a card you can throw down early.

Also depends on how the if possible works since there's several different interactions with that.

Ebony Maw? Probably same as above. Although this would be hard to get your own Maw into a Jean lane with his restriction and you would avoid putting Jean into an opponents Maw lane.

Goose or something alone the line of Big House, etc when you don't have a correct cost card to play there? Now we are into ambiguous territory

I could see her keeping the same text if she was like 5 cost and you had to cheat her out early to abuse multiple turns. As a 3 cost I think next turn only would be fair?

Technically Morag should just nullify her right? You can't play the first card there so she doesn't trigger.

I actually don't think that Jean looks overpowering but she looks unfun to play against

Electro's On Reveal would take place before the text of the card is erased, too. I wonder if Mystique would be erased or not, I could see it going either way depending on whether the game checks for Ongoing effect at the start of the play or the end. The erasure is definitely at the end if we're following the same logic as Angela, Bishop, Iron Fist, etc but that doesn't necessarily mean the check for Ongoing effect is.

So got a question. What happens if you get Avengers Compound and Milano in a match? Does one of them override the other or is Milano basically turned into Sanctum Sanctorum in that match?

I won a match because one location gave me Jeff. A shame theres no way to easily get all the cool new cards other than money though especially now that some might never drop from 4 to 3

Yeah, though I've found with regular playing you do tend to get them regardless - I have both Darkhawk and Knull and I've never paid money beyond some season passes.

Also, Cerebro 3 is amazing and secret OP and people should abuse it to hit infinite

That's the current list, mostly solid but I do swap Cosmo out depending on my mood and locations, Armor and Absorbing Man can also be good options

Mostly it's trying to drop some cheap cards early, ideal turn 5 is Spidey + Bast to drop Wasp, Cerebro, and Mystique on 6 for a massive swing that catches a lot of people off guard.

Ive been playing regularly and still feel like its gonna be Fall before I even finish pool 3. Just opened 2 reserves and now I own Luke Cage so theres that I guess. Not sure Ill use him. Clearly THIS was the bigger reward from my reserves

Honestly swordz I'd try to relish the pool 3 time. Getting a new card every few days was a lot more exciting than getting 2-3 new cards a month once you finish pool 3.

Try to make some new decks, I bet there's a lot of cards you haven't used

Theres definitely a lot I havent used yet, but part of it was because I always seemed to be missing the key cards to make them work since Wong was in so many of those decks

Worth noting, Wong is a lot of fun but can be hard to make work because he's so predictable and so many things mess with him

I've prob used 10% of my pool 3 cards. Problem is it's hard to find a new deck that is also more fun to play. The novelty doesn't go that far in this game, especially since lots of typical decks you research are combo-based ones that are anti-novelty. Like Cerebro 3 absolutely needs Scarlet Witch or Rhino to eliminate variance aka reduce fun.

I'd love a list of decks that have synergies but are mostly situational instead of being combo or draw dependent. Decks that punish situations like "there's 1 card that would beat me but no one runs that". Maybe I'll try a sneaky Heimdall for that.

I guess I could look for deck suggestions? My two main decks have been Jubilee/Absoring Man big pulls and Destroy. I dont really care about rank and cubes so anything is fine

I have fun with Zoo decks because I dont see as much Killmonger lately

Pretty cool game. I do think it may have been a bot, but I got to play my whole deck and I had "play 200 power at locations" "win 2 and 4 locations with 20 power" missions.

Not sure who i should get, Dazzler Shadow King or Ghost. Was going to get Darkhawk but they said fuck you IGCD.

shadow king could have some use in silver surfer (though not so much at the moment because of all the darkhawk). ghost is probably best overall but they're all pretty whatever

My newest card is Wave. I feel like I get some of the meta cards right after they get nerfed haha

The dread of opening boosters from season pass for a card that you just got a shitty new variant of, and having to see the damn thing glowing at the top of your card list

I got another dumb Morbius variant. Shop still doesnt have shit for variants I want

Even when I see a variant in the shop that I like, I never want to blow my gold when I could be saving it for a bundle.

There arent a ton of bundles I want, but the Variants I want never show up in the shop either. Ive seen the same two Spectrum variants like 4 times each already this month :/

well after I bought the Ms Marvel Captain Marvel, the datamine two days later revealed the Artgerm Captain Marvel bundle. turns out it's not always great getting good variants in the shop

I put this deck together yesterday and its been doing pretty well. Could probably make it a little better though since some stuff I just randomly put in it.
