Nonsense! You just need to roll a 1 and it needs to roll an 11 or higher. You can do it, I'm sure of it.
Actually, the Worm can't win. Max result = 32. Subtract 10 from Stall Tactics, and you get 22. Scep's minimum result is 23.

Hmm...yeah, I can see the use there, then. Enabling Shot seems niche beyond niche (if you're only hitting a single target, you ain't gonna pop a crit all that soon), but Ruthless Spellfury definitely has use.
EDIT: I just realized that Ruthless Spellfury is something you aren't going to use in your most pitched battles anyway - Lightning Daggers is 100% more reliable, and you can only make a single free action attack per turn. So you'd have to score an offturn crit...with a ranged at-will. That's reeeeeeally niche.

What would you use an RBA for, though? You can't grant yourself some, and if Kirie goes for Increasing the Tempo, it's pretty much a given that any granted shots would involve Ensorcelled Blade.

Yeah no. This isn't happening. Ninty is still gonna win this generation though, barring some hilariously boneheaded moves. Their architecture is progressive instead of regressive.
Uhhh, nothing we've seen on WiiU thus far is anything BUT boneheaded.
Man, I just realized that I don't need to keep enemies marked to punish them for attacking my allies anymore. So I can tag a target with Son of Mercy, Accel can override it, and then no matter what the enemy does he eats attacks. That's just lovely! Can't wait to see how things work out in practice...though here's to hoping we don't have to fight the cultists.

Down the line, will have TWO Inspiring Words. -Kirie: Second Wind, Revitalizing Incantation, Majestic Word, Stirring Shout. -Amy: Nuthin', except Second Wind. -Quentyn: As above.
So by my count, we can make any target recover five surges in a single fight. Additionally, Valerian recovers a further three, Vance another two, and everybody else one more. Oh, and we have surgeless healing if we smack a specific target. I'm never one to disagree with bonus heals, but I just want to point out that we're already basically invincible unless our healing gets chopped by an escort mission. This without taking into account the massive attack bonus penalty Vance can inflict, which can stack with marking from Valerian, your Psychic Lock, and possibly another penalty from Amy.

Take Song of Discord. You can never have too much Song of Discord. That or Counterpoint, both are gonna result in hilarity.
As for Psychic Lock, are you actually going to use Psychic attacks? If so, it's a fine feat. If not, Walk Among The Fey can have some amazing effects combined with teleboosting, you can take White Lotus Hindrance and master Hindrance to give the party serious battlefield control, or Riposte and Master Riposte then dive into the melee to tempt enemies into doing something foolish. And if all else fails, you can always take Mark of Healing or Warding.
Addendum: And I say this as a huge huge huge fan of CC. This is easily Yasunori Mitsuda's greatest work, taking an OST that was already good to an entirely different level. It defines beautiful in a way few things do.

Let's not even talk about how your AC is in the gutter either, a minion could tag you on a 4. It's gonna be a miserable slog through the Heroic Tier until 11.
Yeah, this isn't insomnia, it just sounds like a bunch of external and internal factors (****ed up bed, nerves, depression, screwed up sleep cycle) but not actual insomnia. Try skipping a night and then going to sleep at a timely hour the following day? Might be what you need to help you stabilize a bit.
