I doubt it. The idol format exists specifically because of these huge audiences of obsessive, dedicated fans(simps). The resources used in the idol format could be repurposed to a less toxic format, maybe, but there's no good material reason for that to happen.

My aunt did it at the same age, turned out well for her, even though nursing seems like a horribly intensive job.
