I do wanna say that two years ago, Seinfeld was a surprise guest at the comedy club I went to in NYC during my internship, and he was outrageously funny. Tim Allen neglected to mention that after what turned out to be the final season on ABC, he was due to get a nice pay increase. ABC didn't actually own the show (it was owned by Fox) and was only the distributor. The ratings on ABC were not good enough for a show they didn't own for the money it would have to shell out. So like a true Conservative grifter, Allen cried to the public that he was being canceled for his "political views" and the GOP base ate it up and the actual owner of the show, Fox, was able to make it work for a little bit longer based on the "outrage".
