i've had battlefront 2 for ages on my ps2. me and my brother have already gotten a good amount of enjoyment from the game. i see no reason to purchase the game again aside from the undoubtedly superiorness of it being on pc >_>;;

I definitely recommend SpaceChem. It may look complicated, but it's actually a really simple yet challenging puzzle game. 5 dollars is a steal.

There's also a free demo where you can try it out before you buy it.

Might as well pick up the Grand Theft Auto Pack. I've never played more than a bit of Grand Theft Auto, and it seems fun. It's cheap, and I know I'll be able to run it.

GTA pack is a great deal. I'm not sure how the games play on the PC. San Andreas and 3 are both amazing games. I guess some people love Vice City too.

Devil May Cry 4 is still really fun, despite the negative feedback it gets. Braid and KotOR are both good at that price, but any game is really.

Upon further investigation, Just Cause 2 doesn't run on Windows XP, so that means I'm not playing it. Sure, I'll be able to someday when I eventually upgrade (Ex: 4+ years from now), but as it stands at the moment, that was a wasted five dollars. At least it was ONLY five dollars.

it is direct x 10 only, and xp can't do that. i mean, xp is nice and all, but it is a fairly dated os.

looking around for some data, it seems that windows 7 is set to beat xp as the worldwide dominate system sometime within the next year or so.

it seems to have already become the most used in the US though, so saying 'most people still have xp' isn't quite as true as you might think given the numbers.

basically, factoring in win 7 and vista, about 50% can play just cause 2, at least, going purely by os here.

i watched a playthrough of magicka with the yogscast and totalbiscuit...it was fantastic. the magic system looked crazy and fun <3

yeah, went ahead and got everything for magicka. $8.50 seems fair enough, especially compared to the $25 they wanted for it all. Though, I question how much of the dlc i want/need, it is nice not to have to worry about it >_>;;

Darksiders is well worth 5 bucks, if I didn't already own it I'd buy it. Finally got Half-Life Complete pack, and getting all the Magicka expansions just in case I ever get around to actually playing the game. Oh, and Plants vs. Zombies.

don't get bioshock 2 for pc if you care about dlc. pc got snubbed the biggest piece of dlc the game has.
super meat boy's too expensive as it was half that last year. >_>;

magicka might finally have stopped being an extremely buggy game, but really it's the kind of game where you'll find the complete version cheaper real soon.
