Yeah, if you don't have a friend to split Frozen Synapse with, you can definitely sell it.
By the way, Ikon, we ought to play another game sometime. Preferably when I'm back at my desktop, since my laptop overheated like three times when I was trying to make the last moves in our previous game.
Yeah we should do that, just let me know when, or just challenge me, I'll get the email. With any kind of luck we can get a few more people here playing, and get like a mini tournament going or something. Could be fun. Been a long while since I played though.

Hmm, my plan for New Vegas has always been to wait until they stop releasing DLC then buy the inevitable Complete pack when it goes on special offer.
But £9 for the base game is kinda tempting, especially since the existing DLC has come down to £2.50 each. Might get the base game now, then pick up the DLC in a future sale. Good plan?
I still wish they'd make Fallout 3 GOTY cheaper though. Already got the base game (had the CE since launch, in fact), but it they did a nice big sale on it it'd be worth buying again just for the DLC, which I don't have any of yet.

Had a problem with the Borderlands DLC, which I think I figured out after screwing up, so I'm reinstalling the files. It's stupid how it's so much of a hassle.

Have you played many Point & Click adventures before?
TLJ is one of the best in the genre, and I would strongly recommend it, but if you're not already a fan of the genre then it's probably not a good one to start with.

Bully is a phenomenal game, I just don't know how the PC version is firsthand. Many people I know who have it say that it is inferior to the console versions

times like the steam sales make me sad that gogamer's either dead or in the wings as i've seen a lot of similarities in prices, only that one gives me a hard copy.
Trine was in the 3rd humble bundle. Mount & Blade having 3 games in it kinda makes me go 'eh,' and these developers work with humble bundles too (penumbra). considering it'll get a complete version in a year or so, i'll just wait it out anyway to see if i'm still interested then. Doom is old as hell. slightly surprised by the price seeing how gogamer's had retail copies for less before. AP at $5 is tempting but i don't know much about it... Bionic Commando slightly confuses me in this sale as.... console versions of the game are cheaper, and it was made for them, not PC. Rearmed is probably around the same price? weird.
mostly curious on AP.

I'd recommend just getting Warband. It's the basic game + some new stuff, and F&S feels like a lazy mod.

Yeah, don't bother with the PC version of the retail game, but Rearmed I think is 10 bucks on PSN and XBLA

yeah, it is. the weird thing though is just a week or two ago Rearmed was on the weekly XBLA sale for $5. aka, the steam sale price. guess that's what you get from a Capcom game.

For whoever was wondering about Bully on PC, I found it to work mostly well. I think I had some sort of issue with lock-picking the school's lockers that was PC-specific, but otherwise it was fine. It's worth four bucks if you don't already have it and enjoy that kind of gameplay.

Bully is a school version of GTA. It plays pretty much the same, except instead of cars, you get bikes. The teachers are the police...I think there might be police in that game too, or just random adults in the city. It's not great, but it's good. Rockstar has the formula down pretty well.

I liked Bully a lot. As said, it's pretty much GTA in a boarding school. There are four cliques (Nerds, Bullies, Jocks and Preps) that are alternately out to beat up on you, or each other instead as the plot goes on. Really fun

I'm up for this. Anything specific, or do you just want to see what comes up in the sales?
