Actually I can't deny that I may hire X-Pac if I get more than two shows done. I've always been a fan and yeah he's not totally broken down like Hall who I can't bring myself to hire at this point. And yeah at least this year in TNA he looked decent. Or maybe that was last year.

Technically I'm still "on pace" with Tom though considering he hasn't got to Thursday yet.

I'm really just upset that I predicted the entire card wrong, but damn it, I had high hopes for Airboobs! You could have introduced three-man tag titles!

WE Superstars
Week 2, Oct. 2011

-Pre-show: Sin Cara and Yoshi d. Reks and Hawkins after botched runin from Sin Cara II (58, Cara/Yoshi horrible chemistry), Bourne d. Chavo (75)

-Match: Primo v. ???
I SPIT IN THE FACE OF PEOPLE WHO DON WAN BE COO. CARLITO makes his triumphant(?) return! After refusing a hug from his brother, Carlito fights dirty all match, winning after the apple spit.
Rating: 64
Pretty good chemistry

-Carlito says he's back, and he's still cool, unlike that guy. It's an embarrassment being related to him!
Rating: 68

-Match: Bryan v. McIntyre
McIntyre can't quite answer Bryan's technical superiority, and winds up tapping out.
Rating: 74

-McGillicutty and Otunga jump Bryan in the ring, presumably trying to make a point.
Rating: 63

-Laurinitis comes out to a chorus of boos. He reminds us that in addition to being the new Smackdown GM, he's the EVP of Talent Relations, and as such he has reached out to several former Superstars unhappy with the previous regime. Fans may not like him, but look, he's giving them somebody they DO love! FINLAY comes out and brushes right past Laurinitis' outstretched hand on the way to the ring.
Rating: 45

-Match: Finlay v. Slater
Finlay appears to still have it in some capacity, and pulls out a hard-fought victory over the youngster.
Rating: 69

Post-show: Laurinitis tries unsuccessfully to suck up to Finlay (48); Chavo comes out to suck up to Laurinitis (54); Eve and Kelly d. Aksana and Rosa (37)

Overall: 64

From the Bookerman

-Most of the guys I brought back fit well into Superstars. Few of them are really high enough up the card to make a major splash on the A-shows, but they're good enough to carry Superstars and fill out some midcard matches.
-Pretty impressed by Chavo/Bourne. Expect a big push for Chavo if he can keep delivering like that- I already enjoy him and would like to push him a bit.
-I am trying desperately to get Laurnitis over so he can quit dragging down shows. It's not worked yet, but Superstars is a good forum to try.
-I am very tempted to just fire or demote the entire diva roster. Natalya and Beth are the main reasons I'm holding off.

aaaand that's the last of my buffer of shows. I do have another show up and am planning to do some more today but I have to switch OS's first.

I gave partial credit for Chavo since he DID return for a dark match. Few people got him and Carlito, but only RL5 got Finlay. Folks cleaned up on the actual matches despite all the mystery opponents. Big shakeup in the standings, with Gr8's absence finally knocking him out of first and the pack starting to separate out a bit. Still anybody's game, though, and even Maniac and Gr8 aren't out of the running yet!

I am the master of Superstars.

Don't be too down on the Diva's over that match. Post-show matches suffer a big penalty because the workers aren't into it and are getting ready to go home. I didn't know that until about a month ago. So overall, that was actually a decent match they put on!

If you hire, like, Trish, and job her to your current Divas, they'll get hugely over. Or just stick them in Sex Appeal angles that are at least four minutes. It's actually not too difficult to get the Divas over, and since WWE is a popularity over performance fed, they'll get great ratings and can really bolster your midcard.

Well if you get tired of them, they can always be converted to good managers/personalities, anyway. Although you may have to bump up the T&A levels. I think that affects how big a factor Sex Appeal is in angle ratings/manager ratings.

In a world, where tombooking does not exist. The WWE hires one man they randomly met on the internet, and gave him full control of their entire business.

This is the story of what resulted. Welcome, to Dantebooking.

WWE Raw, live from some place in Illinois!

Preshow: pfft who needs it

Show:

To open up the show, DEAN MALENKO comes to the ring. He informs the wwe universe that he's had enough of this damn company, and he's quitting RIGHT NOW. This is led to many puzzled expressions in the audience, as they all wonder who he is. Just as he begins leaving, he gets a call on his cellular phone. It's Rey Mysterio! He apologizes for being unable to show up tonight, but he agrees with Dean. He's quitting too! (43)

Next, Sheamus walks out. He grabs the microphone and wishes Dean and Rey well on their future endeavors. After all, he is the one who masterminded the plot. You see, WWE never really wronged those two - he just made them think they had! Sheamus never really explains why he decided to make them quit, but the audience ate it up (85)

Then, Jack Swagger does pushups for five straight minutes. Everyone enjoys it. (78)

-Match: Air Boom vs Ziggler/Swagger.
Swagger wrecks shop, mostly at the expense of Evan Bourne. Swagger picks up the win with an ankle lock on Kingston. (66)

After the match, Bourne and Kingston both fight over whose fault the loss was. They decide to break up their tag team :(. (64)

Sheamus then comes out again, making a bold declaration: He was going to walk out of tonight with TWO wwe titles! (81)

-Match: Sheamus vs Ryder vs Ziggler elimination match for the US Title.
Ryder was outclassed and eliminated almost immediately, and Sheamus took out Ziggler not long after. Hail the new US Champion! (61)

Next, we see Alex Riley looking really sad backstage. We're pretty sure he's sad because he's alex riley. (71)

-Match: CM Punk vs Daniel Bryan
In a match that was booked solely so the internet fans could enjoy this show, Punk defeated Bryan with the anaconda vice. (82)

After the match, Derrick Bateman runs into the ring for no apparent reason. He grabs a table, and slams himself through it. No one knows why he did it, and quite frankly he wasn't even entertaining doing it. (28)

The camera then moves to Ezekiel Jackson and Michael McGuillicutty plotting backstage. They both see Sheamus as a huge threat, and vow to team up to stop him. (62)

Mason Ryan then comes out, ready for his next match. As he gets into the ring, the lights turn off. When they turn back on, he's a bloody mess in the ring and the perpetrator is nowhere to be seen. (56)

To give workers time to clean the ring, a training montage video of Sheamus is played (86)

-Match: Del Rio vs Sheamus for the WWE Title in a Tables Match
In a stunning feat, Del Rio managed to defeat Sheamu- bahahaha just kidding. Sheamus won handily and now holds the WWE Championship! (67)

After the match and to close the show, Sheamus demands a sacrifice. Jinder Mahal is dragged out, and Sheamus grabs a razor. He then shaves him bald. (68)

post show: who needs it

Overall: 63, excellent considering derrick bateman literally pulled a 28!

It's also noteworthy that this upcoming show was booked recently. The rest of the game so far was done in late October, and then I took a bit of a break before deciding to give up on the site going live any time soon and moving it here. I opened up the file a few days ago and pieced this show together from the bits I had booked, the bits I remembered of my long-term plans, and some particularly cryptic notes. This also means I am out of buffer, so unless I knock out a TON tonight, updates will slow some. Especially if I keep being addicted to Katawa Shoujo AND Dominion AND I get back to work on the CBH mod AND I work on five other projects I have going AND keep working all my jobs AND ughhhh
