Nice easy show, I reckon, and several people got the bonus for once. Contest could still go several different ways, with Nee moving into a tie and RL5 getting back on the radar.
Taker v. Chavo Orton v. Dibiase v. Young DH Smith v. Carlito Finlay v. Sin Cara II Yoshi/Sid v. Christian/Brodus AJ v. Tamina Bryan/Cara v. Awesome Truth Sheamus v. Henry v. Ryder (non-title) BONUS: Whichever individual gets the win in the Bryan/Cara/Awesome Truth match will be added to the Orton/Henry title match at Vengeance. Who's it gonna be? (2)
--
A krahenProphet well done is worth two in the bush, But all that ends well is not gold.
Pre-show: Zeke squashed DAIVARI (63, great chemistry); Chavo puts himself over and promises a win over Taker yeah right (86); Watson d. Mahal (44)
-Awesome Truth hit the ring to start out the show. They've been making impacts for weeks now, and it's time they got recognized! They know Mr. Laurinitis will give them an opportunity. Daniel Bryan hits the ramp, and doesn't buy this spiel. Opportunities have to be EARNED, like his Money in the Bank contract. You can't just go around bullying people and sucking up and expect rewards! Sin Cara comes out and simply points at the heels until Mr. L himself shows up. Laurinitis thinks they all make compelling points, but unfortunately Orton/Henry is already booked for Vengeance. However, he thinks he'll mix it up a bit. He makes a tag match, and the winning individual is added to the title match to make it a triple threat! In addition, Orton and Henry will both compete in triple threats TONIGHT. Rating: 75
-Match: Taker v. Chavo Chavo.....does better than expected, but yeah, it's Taker's re-debut match. "Better than expected" means Taker flinches a bit from the five seconds of offense he takes. Rating: 65
-Match: Orton v. Dibiase v. Young Dibiase and Young take one look at Orton and decide to team up. This means that Orton can take them out twice as fast! After some playing around, Orton hits dual RKO's and wraps things up. Rating: 70
-Orton doesn't like having extra people added to his match, but he just proved it doesn't matter. He's going to win the title at Vengeance, whether he has to go through one guy, two guys, or ten guys and a puppy. Rating: 84
-Match: DAVID HART SMITH v. Carlito One could mistake DH Smith for a jobber with his completely unhyped return, but he dispels this notion upon stepping into the ring. He goes toe to toe with Carlito, but eventually falls a bit short. Rating: 63
-Carlito gets his apple, but decides not to spit it just yet. He hits another Backstabber, and continues abusing Smith until Tyson Kidd comes running to ringside! Kidd debates a moment, and then makes the save, running off Carlito. Rating: 67 Kidd's face turn went pretty well
-Match: Finlay v. Sin Cara II A good, solid match. Black Cara's speed advantage gives him the edge over the aging Irishman, but when Sin Cara's music hits over the speakers, the wily vet takes advantage of the distraction to turn the tables and get the win. Rating: 59
-Match: Yoshi and Sid v. Christian and Brodus Christian and Clay are suspected to be in cahoots after the attack on Sheamus last week, and their tag synergy seems to confirm it. They're able to handle the oddball face team without many problems at all. Rating: 77
-Sheamus comes out, shaking his head. He doesn't know why they ganged up on him, but he doesn't appreciate being bullied. Therefore, he's going to find himself a partner and fight them at Vengeance! Rating: 83
-Match: AJ d. Tamina Rating: 40
-Natalya comes out and shakes AJ's hand...then lariats her! Before AJ can recover, Natalya strips the girl down to her undies. That's not very PG. Rating: 69
-Match: Bryan/Cara v. Awesome Truth Back and forth match. Barrett comes down to ringside and tries to steal the MitB briefcase! Bryan apprehends him, but gets clocked in the face with it while the ref's not looking. All that's left is for Miz to roll Bryan into the ring and capitalize with a Skull Crushing Finale. Miz and Truth celebrate until Truth realizes he doesn't get anything. Rating: 86
-Non-title: Henry v. Sheamus v. Ryder The fact that Henry has categorically tougher opposition than Orton is never really addressed. Despite this, and despite Ryder actually managing to look somewhat impressive, Henry eventually comes on top in a tough match. Rating: 87
-Ryder's the last one out of the ring, having taken the World's Strongest Slam and the pinfall. Cody's music hits, and he comes out to the ring! He FLATTENS Ryder with the IC Belt, and DDT's him onto it! Cody looks down with a sinister grin on the unconscious Ryder. Rating: 71
-Cody grabs a mic and asks if NOW Ryder wants to fight him? Of course, Ryder can't answer him right now, can he? Show closes with Cody's best maniacal laugh. Rating: 66
Post-show: Orton/Bryan d. Henry/Cody, Awesome Truth (65); Awesome Truth run their mouths until Taker takes 'em out (92)
Overall: 78 SUCCESS lol angles Mark Henry strained his bicep in the ME. He's not expected to miss any time, however.

http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/6126/tombombadil.jpg KrahenProphet, however, is!
While there were lots of easy matches, there were also a few tossups thrown in as well as a twist or two. Lots of people understandably got burned on Sin Cara II and DH Smith, and predictions on the last two matches and bonus were all over the place. With Dante slipping and Nee not doing much better, Lopen and CPU are suddenly very much back in the running, and Nee has at least been able to knock Dante out of first....meanwhile, RL5 seems the only likely candidate from the middle of the pack to make this anything more than a 4-person fight.
Morrison v. Nash Eve v. Beth Ryan/Gabriel v. ZigSwag Low Ki v. Estrada Cena v. Masters Bourne v. McGillicutty Dreamer v. Punk Kofi v. Del Rio (non-title) BONUS: What's the match of the night? (2 pts.)

Think you got the stuff? Think your moves are vicious? Well you're wrong, KrahenProphet's Bololicious.
From: Tom Bombadil | #261 so I got a lot done on Vengeance last night but I realized
for some reason it's set as a "Small" event rather than a PPV
so Vengeance will play to a house show-sized crowd of 3500 people, and not be nationally broadcast in any form
and it's too late to change
I am kinda upset about this
So just like the real Vengeance.

http://img.imgcake.com/nio/81edpngej.png edwardsdv and swordz9 are basically the comedy heel tag team of this topic, why would people be taking them seriously?
Not my best work, but TOURNAMENT HYPE...? I may do another show today just to catch up to Tom timeline wise.
Showtime:
Sting comes out and says we'll be having a 32 entrant tournament to decide the vacant TNA title, which will conclude at Turning Point-- he makes sure to make many bad puns with the word Turning Point during the interview. A graphic of the tournament comes on the screen. Tazz makes fun of the graphic for looking bad and wonders why Sting couldn't even remove the "SAMPLE" from the bracket he ripped off. Sting also says he's tired of people having jobs and not doing anything-- if Karen Jarrett doesn't win the next match, she's fired! (85)
Daffney still wearing Sting cosplay attire squashes Karen Jarrett in a hardcore match by beating her down with a bat. (21) Eric Bischoff comes out to fire her-- Daffney reminds him that she's the boss of the show, not him-- Sting reminds them both that he's the boss and that he'll get to Bischoff later. (42)
An elated Ric Flair d. Christy Hemme to advance as he struts throughout the match and says he's still got it. (58) Austin Aries d. Crimson to retain after a Glacier promo video hyping his debut starts playing in the middle of the match and Crimson gets counted out again. (62) Suicide is talking to Glacier backstage about his upcoming debut video-- Crimson attacks them both! (37) (Suicide's masked hero gimmick gets 84)
RVD d. Jerry Lynn to advance (82) (RVD's Unique Charismatic gimmick) Anarquia and Hernandez are in the ring, and Hernandez calls out Beer Money and says they'll beat them to show they're legit tag champs much to Anarquia's Chagrin. (38) Beer Money d. LAX for the titles after Hernandez refuses to enter the ring and hits Anarquia with a Border Toss. He says the Mexican supremacist thing was played out 5 years ago and he's going to enter a career in medicine. (56)
Ric Flair is backstage, trying to hype himself up for his match next week. Orlando Jordan wearing caution tape appears in the mirror and says Ric Flair is not long for this world... his time is running out and that Orlando has come for him... after some arguing... the camera pans out to show that no one else is in the room and Ric Flair is talking to himself... (67)
AJ Styles d. Robbie E to advance (69) Devon is backstage-- he swears vengeance on Pope for hurting his sons! His sons claim they don't care and that Devon should calm down... when Pope slams into the lot of them with a bicycle! He's sent flying and runs off the screen like a madman (57) Bully Ray d. Alex Shelley to advance (72)
Samoa Joe shows up to Sting's office and demands he be put in the bracket. Sting things about it, and says he can take Jeff Hardy's spot if he beats him tonight! (65) Joe ambushes Hardy backstage and brutally assaults his leg with a chair. The audience boos and Joe turns heel! (52) Jeff Hardy d. Joe because Joe's INTENSITY gets him dqed though the grounds are sketchy at best (73) Sting comes out and says because Joe couldn't even beat Hardy after a pre-match assault he's useless, so he's fired too! Joe mauls a ref and gives Sting the INTENSE look. (74)
67 - Success!

Maybe once we get to 16 or 8 left I'll do a prediction thing where you can predict it for control over a hire, gimmick change, and push, or something. If there's interest.
-- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love!
I think I'm going to cheat and bring him back from the dead-- I mean if he was still ****ing up it'd be one thing but dude has actually turned his life around a bit seems kinda cruel to have him dead in my version of TNA.
Also cruel to me that's one of the big tools I have <_<

From: Lopen | #277 Ric Flair is backstage, trying to hype himself up for his match next week. Orlando Jordan wearing caution tape appears in the mirror and says Ric Flair is not long for this world... his time is running out and that Orlando has come for him... after some arguing... the camera pans out to show that no one else is in the room and Ric Flair is talking to himself... "Oh God, maplejet's trying to be cool again. I'll call the ambulance." - Wylvane [NO BARKLEY NO PEACE]
Pre-show: Reks and Hawkins d. Riley and Primo (67); Drew d. Hurricane, JTG
-Punk starts the show flanked with Nash and Masters again. He claims change is coming, and all WWE can do is postpone the inevitable. Take Morrison. He got a freak win over Masters last week, but lightning won't strike twice, and Nash will destroy him this week. They're taking over. Rating: 85
-Match: Morrison v. Nash After all that talk, Morrison makes Nash look like....well...Nash. Despite some devastating power offense from Big Sexy, Morrison's able to maneuver his way to a victory. Rating: 74
-A video package hypes the return of KANE at Vengeance this Sunday! Rating: 75
-Match: Beth squashed Eve Rating: 52 Poor chemistry
-HHH puts over Cena/Del Rio at Vengeance, and announces that they'll both be in singles action TONIGHT! At least something is going well around here amidst all the chaos and uprising, he laughs. Rating: 86
-Match: Ryan and Gabriel v. ZigSwag History fails to repeat itself. While the faces are able to get the upper hand, all that is for naught after Heath Slater makes a runin on Gabriel, costing them the match. Rating: 68
-Match: Low-Ki v. Estrada Estrrrrrrada gets a harsh welcome back to Raw. He puts up a good fight, but can't overcome Low Ki. Rating: 54
-Cena cuts a garden-variety Cena promo. Masters and his buddies piss him off, but Del Rio pisses him off more, and he gets to beat them both up in a row this week and get his title back! Life is good! Rating: 78
-Match: Cena v. Masters Masters gets to look competitive, but that's ultimately all he gets to do here. Rating: 78
-Match: Bourne v. McGillicutty It takes a poke to the eye and a fistful of tights to do it, but McGillicutty finally earns some momentum going into the tag title match at Vengeance. Rating: 62
-Otungacutty talk about how they're gonna prove they belong in this fed and win the titles and I'm sorry I fell asleep during this promo Rating: 67
-Match: Dreamer v. Punk Dreamer starts strong, but when the vet runs out of gas, it's all Punk. Punk methodically destroys his opponent, taking his time before getting the pin. Rating: 82
-Punk mocks Dreamer after the match, asking if he's hardcore. Punk slams him into the announce table while continuing to ask, dumps a trashcan over him, and brains him with it. He's about to put Dreamer through the table when Morrison comes running out to make the save. Morrison charges through the ring and hits a plancha, leaving both himself and Punk in a pile of human wreckage at ringside! Rating: 86
-Del Rio cuts a garden-variety Del Rio promo. It is his destiny to walk out of Vengeance as champion, and it is Kofi's destiny to fall short in this match! Rating: 86
-Match: Kofi v. Del Rio Kofi puts up more of a fight than Masters did, but predictably comes up empty against the champ. Rating: 76
-Cena comes out for a staredown while Del Rio hoists the belt. ORDER VENGEANCE YOU GUYS. Rating: 89
Post-show: Cena/Morrison/Ryan/Air Boom d. Del Rio/Punk/Ziggler/Otungacutty (56); Kane's pyro interrupts the post-match celebration (81)
Overall: 78 SUCCESS
-- xfd dude, it's just a popularity contest on the internets. ~Vlado and/or BlAcK TuRtLe
FROM THE BOOKERMAN -No lol angles note this time! I always struggle to remember and enact a policy of pretty much only letting main eventers get angles, but when I do in a fed like WWE, that's what I get. -I am not sure why I rewarded Kofi's continual mediocrity and disappointing sub-ME last week with an ME this week. I knew I didn't really have a good ME-caliber match, but I guessed pretty badly what would come closest. At least I put out something besides CHAMP TEAMS UP WITH A HIGH PROFILE HEEL AGAINST CHALLENGER AND A FEUDING HIGH PROFILE FACE, I guess. -Low Ki/Estrada was pretty disappointing. I wasn't expecting a 5* match from midcarders, but I expected Estrada to be more carriable than JTG. -oh my goodness there weren't any big debuts this show...we got all the big players introduced, pretty much. Just some jobbers left with varying degrees of plans. And Kane. And another person or two coming off the shelf.
-- xfd dude, it's just a popularity contest on the internets. ~Vlado and/or BlAcK TuRtLe
Pretty easy show this time, with lots of obvious feeding. Bourne threw a lot of people, but I figure Otunga and McGillicutty need to look credible now and then. The bonus was the other big killer this week, with lots of people naturally expecting the ME to not flop so badly. Big show for Lopen, as his near-perfect puts him in a three-way tie for the crown. RL5's miss pretty much takes him out of the running, and CPU is struggling to stay in the race. And Gr8 continues to quietly amass a very good accuracy rate, which is sadly irrelevant after his break.
Riley v. Chavo Eve/Kaitlyn v. Beth/Natalya Hurricane v. Sin Cara II Bryan v. JTG Hart Dynasty v. Drew/Slater BONUS: One of the wrestlers on this card will cut a promo, and it will be the best segment of the night. Who? (2 pts.)

##NL BlAcK TuRtLe would if he played mafia probably
Chavo Eve/Kaitlyn Sin Cara II Bryan Drew/Slater BONUS: Lets go with Daniel Bryan, heck why not. It's probably Chavo, but my answer is still Daniel Bryan
