Showtime:

Gail Kim in a handicap match to train for Mickie (66) RVD vs Daniels 1 MINUTE MUSIC VIDEO WHOA (76) Pope is looking desperate backstage, screaming that he needs someone to beat him down! Everyone he comes across backs off slowly... he comes across Daffney, whose eyes light up. She happily hugs him, and hits him with a belly to belly suplex! (62)

Motor City Machine Guns d. Old Age Outlaws (Billy Gunn and Road Dogg). Beer Money and Ink Inc try to interfere for each respective team but MCMG pulls it out anyway. (69) Styles vs Pope 1 MINUTE MUSIC VIDEO WHOA (72) Sting is backstage with Gunner and Steiner. He says they're going to help rebuild the tag division, as a REAL TAG TEAM. He says he's got some new tag team costumes for them! He takes off Steiner's chain mail helmet and hands him a Samurai Helmet and grins wildly, giving Steiner the thumbs up (Steiner: HUH?!). They'll have one week to get in team shape! (64)

AJ Styles and The Pope d. Daniels and RVD in a super innovative tag match featuring members of the tournament bracket. Daffney accompanies Pope to ringside and attacks him while the ref is distracted from time to time to re-energize him (68) Hardy vs Anderson... you guessed it... 1 MINUTE MUSIC VIDEO! (78) Sting vs Bully Ray... 1 MINUTE *gets shot* (86)

Ariel is backstage pouting because no one gave her any credit when Jeff Hardy came back to life. Brian Kendrick randomly shows up, gives her some random knowledge from the Book of Tao, and recruits her to help send the spirit of Jeff Hardy back to the grave... the camera pans over to Voodoo Priest Hernandez who shouts "Evil spirits? I'm right here, esse!" (43) Sting and Anderson d. Jeff Hardy and Bully Ray due to Jeff Hardy getting preachy to Bully and Bully responding with a punch to the face (which gets him Scorpion Death Dropped). (77)

Afterwards, everyone starts brawling... during the brawl Sting yells for each participant to get a new partner, we're having a 4 way tag match, playa! We pan to backstage, and Angle and Samoa Joe are attacking a bunch of random superstars! Sting rushes to the backstage area! Meanwhile Bully Ray and Devon start beating people down, Austin Aries comes out to team with Jeff Hardy because "any action is better than no action," RVD and Kendrick come out to attack Jeff Hardy and Aries, and it's all interrupted by some crazy vaguely familiar rock music. The tassels of the POWAH flow through the heart and soul of the WARRIORS... the LETHAL WARRIOR has returned to TNA! And apparently he's teaming up with Anderson for no real reason! The four way tag match will happen yet in the most contrived fashion possible! (87) (Lethal Warrior is Jay Lethal as the The Ultimate Warrior... not... uh... TNA's ripoff name for Ultimate Warrior... just to clarify <_<)

This PPV was kinda low on silly because the tournament occupied a lot of it, but I'm actually quite satisfied by it. It really felt big. It's time for... AGAINST ALL ODDS.

Glacier opens the show, and he challenges Crimson to a Last Man Standing match to truly settle this. Crimson accepts! (56) Glacier d. Crimson in a back and forth last man standing match by luring him into a giant meat freezer and tossing water in the room. Crimson slips and slides all over the place and can't reach his feet before the 10 count THE UNDEFEATED CRIMSON has received his first non countout loss...! (69)

Jeff Hardy d. Mr. Anderson to advance (79) Jeff Hardy celebrates after the match to another mixed reaction (67)

Austin Aries d. Brian Kendrick and The Lethal Warrior in an ULTIMATE X match to retain the X-Division title. (59)

Bully Ray vs Sting. Bully eventually takes command and beats the hell out of Sting and has command, but can't put Sting away. He gets caught in a small package after trying to pick Sting up after he kicks out of a Bully Bomb. (75) Sting advances but is worse for wear and is stretchered out after the match. Bully Ray yells some random crap at the FEEBLE STING as he gets carted off. (90)

AJ Styles d. The Pope to advance by abusing the hell out of rest holds and slowing down the pace of the match, until the adrenaline junky Pope passes out. Daffney revives him after the match by beating him down with a chair. (77)

Suicide, Man of Mystery comes up to Daniels backstage, and says he'd better win this next match against RVD or he'll REVEAL DANIELS'S SECRET. Daniels says if he can't beat RVD, he'll quit! (67) RVD d. Christopher Daniels to advance. Suicide points menacingly from the entrance ramp and starts to speak, but Daniels cuts him off by saying "I QUIT!" (61) RVD, oblivious to all this, celebrates in the ring. (71)

AJ Styles says he's gonna win this tournament and make TNA about what it used to be, for all the old fans, for the people! This tournament is gonna start a new era, and now wrestling is gonna matter, etc, just like it did years ago before Bischoff and Hogan came around! A clearly injured Sting staggers out to the ring, still half strapped to a gurney, and says he's gonna have to beat Sting in the finals first... and starts laughing madly. (96)

Jeff Hardy d. Sting to advance. Sting fights really hard, but can't overcome the injuries from Bully Ray (84) AJ Styles d. RVD as RVD is unable to hit any of his special moves, completely bumming him out. (64)

Winter and Angelina Love d. "Hardcore Legend" Mickie James in a TAYBLES match to... unite the Knockouts Tag and Knockouts Titles... or something. (67) Beer Money d. MCMG to retain the tag titles. (79)

Jeff Hardy vs AJ Styles hype video, chronicling their paths to the final. (89) Jeff Hardy orders AJ Styles to kneel before his lord and savior Jeff "Jesus Christo" Hardy. Angle spits on the TNA title, and shouts stuff like "you're not the real champion if you can't beat me!" repeatedly as we fade to black (88)

I hired Disco Inferno to replace Taz cause I wasn't feeling Hogan as a color commentator, and he has great chemistry with Tenay, yay!
RVD has awful chemistry with AJ Styles and Daniels, which is why the ratings were so low. Whoops. (Double whoops in that I actually knew AJ and RVD had terrible chemistry due to house show scouting, but was booked into a corner with the bracket progression)
I originally wanted to have RVD beaten by Daniels-- so most of you were right in having RVD lose round 1, but Daniels is packing his bags and heading to RoH which I'm apparently at war with for some reason so I had to abort. I'll probably be able to rehire him soon, though, as I'm actually over halfway to national.
AJ Styles went from 61 over to start the week to 85 over now and with 93 momentum. Apparently meshing 4 tournament storylines into one big one really helped everyone involved as the more over guys he beat didn't exactly tank either. That's what I meant by "it felt big" I'm pretty happy that the game stats backed up AJ emerging as a truly legitimate champion which is what I was going for here.
Bully Ray's loudmouth gimmick gets 80 (technically I didn't change his gimmick but they were saying his "Bully" gimmick was stale so I gave him a "new" one)

3 points - Force me to hire somebody from anywhere, cheating to do so if necessary (ie steal a WWE guy, reactivate someone on hiatus/who left the business, etc)

I'll probably do a similar one of these challenges for my next PPV-- where it's not exactly "predict the card" due to not wanting to steal Tom's gimmick but "predict some sorta thing I'm building up to for points" so keep your eyes open...!

So talked to edwards, and he tentatively picked to push "someone" on the roster and for me to get Colt Cabana (or Domino if I can't get him). Of course he has till I make the next show to change choices but yeah. Should be fun.

I'll leave it to edwards if he wants to reveal who the "someone" is. Will probably be obvious either way eventually (though it's gonna try to resemble something natural hence why I gave myself 6 months to do it)! Stay tuned for next month's challenge... you too can shape TNA.

The Lethal WARRIAHHH to retain the X-Division title (78) Taz tears Sting a new one backstage out of bitterness from being replaced by Disco Inferno, and kicks him in the balls when Sting says Taz just wasn't very good lately. The audience boos the vile Tazz. Boo! (79) (Tazz's heel turn was a complete success!)

Backstage, Robbie E and Big Robbie T are watching the door diligently. Robbie E's eye catches something... he points and the camera pans over to the homeless TV title! They walk over to it and he asks Robbie T what that is, bro, and when he shrugs he says CHECK THE LIST to see if it should be here. Robbie E gives him a "what" and they start arguing while Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe casually walk through the door in the background. (70)

AJ Styles d. Daniels to retain... AJ's clearly not 100% and more exhausted from the PPV than he lead on but grit gets him through (88) After the match, Daniels is causing a fuss with security, Sting comes out to help deal with it, and Beer Money randomly comes out and shouts to Sting "we beat AJ down to end Fortune you said we'd get a shot!" It's chaotic, and so Kurt and Joe take the opportunity to jump the rail and beat down AJ again! Security chases them off but not until he's been beaten down pretty bad (72)

SHOWTIME:

AJ Styles starts the show continuing is FOR THE PEOPLE TNA TRADITION schtick. Sting congratulates him and says he can take the night off as he's surely exhausted from 3 matches in one night-- but AJ will have none of it, saying he's a fighting champion. Daniels comes out once more and says he wants to be AJ's opponent-- he knows he's always been better than AJ and he'll beat him tonight for the title to prove it! Sting and AJ both give him a "didn't you already quit on Sunday?" Daniels says he lied, but this time he'll quit for sure! Sting says he doesn't have to put his career on the line to get a title shot, but Daniels isn't having any of it, saying he isn't going to lose anyway. (75)

Winter d. Mickie James to retain the knockouts Title, not needing interference this time (67)

Steiner and Gunner come out, both wearing ridiculous traditional samurai hats for some reason. Scott Steiner educates the white trash in the audience about the greatness of the feudal system. Gunner says nothing beyond that he's not interested in talk and is HUNGERING for battle. They turn face because the crowd is sensible and thinks this ridiculous gimmick is great. (56) The Way of the Samurai d. The Old Age Outlaws (70) (The face turns of Gunner and Steiner are a complete success!)

Robbie E is backstage with a LIST toting Big Robbie T talking to Sting, saying that since he fought AJ in round 1 and AJ won the tournament, he didn't get a fair shot, and requests a title match next week! Sting gives him a weird look, and leads him to a door, and says backstage is understaffed so they need to guard this-- if Kurt and Joe show up alert security. If they do their job well he may give Robbie E a title shot. (59) D'Angelo Dinero d. Jerry Lynn. Devon interferes and it backfires again, giving Dinero the win. (76)

Anderson says he's pissed and the first wrestler to show up is gonna get brutalized. As he's talking... Ric Flair battered and covered in cross the line caution tape crawls out from under the ring. Anderson yells "looks like The Nature Boy accepts" and mauls Ric Flair to the point where he has to be pulled off by security. A bleeding Flair continues to crawl towards the backstage area. (63) After a commercial, Ric Flair is bloodied in his dressing room, Orlando Jordan in the mirror... Orlando says that he will free him of his pain... a groggy Ric stares at the mirror with anger, and right as he's about to snap his head around to look back the lights black out and the blood curdling scream of Flair is heard! (64)

I am not planning on making a new topic before I have something to put there but if lopen wants to keep going he can make one and then we can share or have separate ones or something.

This friggin' sucks I am having booking withdrawals and it is starting to look like I might not be able to get windows working again after all.
It's technically working now but I have no sound, and more importantly for this topic I can't right-click, which means no admin mode, which means lol TEW. If I can figure out the mousepad thing I might be able to forge ahead and just unauthorize it if I need to reinstall again.

Might look into alternate methods of doing windows stuff but I've never been able to get them working.

Yeah I'll make a new topic shortly then assuming none of this fixes Tom's conundrum:

If you left click something, then press this key that should be on the bottom right of your keyboard for most/all windows machines, you get the effect of a right click.



You can also set it to always run as an administrator by going to properties->compatibility tab->always run as administrator on the bottom.

If it's that that right click menu just won't come up even with that key, or you don't have that key, if you can move your game folder outside of program files and then running as an administrator shouldn't matter.

If you can install Linux on the computer you can use it and install Wine. Thing is I couldn't get TEW 2010 to work on it so that might not be good.

If none of this works and/or you don't wanna get back into it quickly-- Tom I'll just make the topic WWE based unless you have a problem with it, even though we won't be seeing much WWE for a while!
