Oh, certainly wasn't expecting Flying Ryoma. An odd choice, but makes him even deadlier. I'll wait until his reappearance, though, since I don't want Tiki and already have Sigurd. If it were a more desirable red other than Tiki, I would go for it since Close Def fodder is never a bad thing

Finally made T20 for my first time this month, woot.

Banner's a bit disappointing. Blue seems good at least. W!Robin's at least Armor March fodder, Hardin is fantastic, and everyone can use more Fjorm merges. Don't see much of a reason to ever pull for Ryoma though, unless he has really good BST.

Ah, makes sense why she's on the banner then.

These TT's are getting progressively more auto-battle unfriendly. Tried a number of team comps and was only able to clear on first try with Horse Emblem a few times. Decided I need to downgrade to Hard for the first time for efficiency and I can farm HM on more units

I'm definitely pulling green on the legendary banner. I don't have NY Azura or Winter Chrom, and I'm looking for a spare Gunnthra so I can fodder off her Chill Speed to complete my Soren build.

No, the legendary banner will be the best one for you to summon on while it is active. Probably best to just do full 20 orb pulls on that and see what you get

Best way to get feathers?

Arena is the standard way(You should get some feathers for your first streak, though probably not 3k yet)

There's also voting gauntlets(Which is coming soon!), and Grand Conquests(Though the latter will be difficult for you unless you get a bunch of OP friends) that award a nice amount of feathers if you play them right.

Chain Challenge also gives quite a lot of feathers if you do them all.

I haven't done anywhere near all of em but there are tens of thousands of feathers there.

I respect the Growing Flame choice. I've thought for a while now that the AoE abilities are underrated but I never got around to experimenting with them.

AOE abilities seem worth ever since their CDs got dropped.

I want to try using em but I just don't have many units that make good use of them.

I'm building a +Atk Ares right now with Blazing Wind, Death Blow and Quickened Pulse after getting the idea for it online. Once that first AoE goes off (which can be charged by baiting once) it's up for the rest of the fight and completely murders anyone in that tight + shaped area.

+Atk -Def. Not the best nature but definitely usable. Normally I'd be tempted to skill inherit but Brazen Atk/Def is on 4* Ares so yeah he's a keeper.

Oh man

Fell Dragon Grima after a mere 30 orbs. +Spd -Atk. My current one is +Def -Atk so this is an improvement methinks.

<3 we'll get you that +10 merge yet evil Robin. And maybe we'll actually get a good nature at some point too.

Now I'm out after going blank on the remaining 20 orbs but that's still awesome. I was kinda joking about the +10 but I think I'm going to actually go for it (over time, obviously, not going to whale on this game much at all though I do plunk a bit of money once in a while the monthly deals aren't awful if you want the side bonus) because she's been kind to me with these copies. Already at +4 for everyone keeping score at home.

I guess a few of us got lucky with free 5* units this time out. I got a +Res -Spd Hardin. And that might be me done on this banner! Bride banners much more enticing.

Random side bonus from those draws Ifinally drew a Felicia nature I like (+Atk/-Def) so I might wanna actually raise a single 5* one. Seems like a useful mage check for AA

wow this Ryoma map was actually really hard. i didn't literally have to follow a turn-by-turn video like Valter and Takumi, but it's probably the hardest thing i figured out myself.

Free summoned a +Def/-Res Fjorm, and then continued summoning Blue for 250 orbs to get Hardins and Fjorms. So, now I have a neutral Christmas Chrom, and 4 Christmas Robins (2 +Res/-Spd, +Atk/-Res, +Def/-Res).

My free summon was -Def/+Atk New Years Azura. I finally have more dancers than just Olivia.

Got nothing on my initial session. I don't think I want to chase anything here. Azura is tempting but going for a super on a 12 unit focus is not encouraging.

Ryoma map was pretty difficult. I tried to make it work with Fae and Tiki at first and gave up on that.

My flier A-team of Myrrh, Azura, NY Camilla, and Summer Corrin took it down. Myrrh is an all star as usual

that was the exact team i ended up using. typically i use Elincia/Spring Camilla instead of Myrrh/NY Camilla, but there were simply too many enemies and not enough places to run away, so had to bait them instead. i had to teach fortify fliers to Myrrh and switch Corrin from goad to fortify (Elincia normally carries my fortify), but then they could fortify each other so i kept Myrrh at 55/50 defenses and Corrin with a full powered blade to kill the 2 red enemies.

That was my problem with other teams. They converge on you quickly and Ryoma ferrying enemies was annoying. Myrrh is so useful for tanking everything.

I run NY Camilla with the Spd/def bond and renewal so she can shrug off hits also. I really like Azura's weapon coupled with those two so I usually use Elincia with different partners.

I gave Corrin breath of life seal for some makeshift Myrrh healing. I don't think it was necessary but she didn't require any other seals to nuke things. My Corrin is always on fortify with Myrrh carrying the goad.

I'll have to try the flier emblem strat. I've been trying my cheese B!Lyn, Rein, V!Roy, P!Azura comp, but I can't safely initiate on and kill enough of the units before being converged on thanks to so many being ranged and being vanguarded by that damn green armor. And trying an enemy phase strat with my +5 A!Tiki and Nowi ain't gettin me anywhere either; I can only bait and kill so many per turn without bad matchups that end my units.

What's the quickest way to earn orbs, besides buying them?

There's a limited number of Orbs available, and none of the methods are really all that quick. Just gotta do all the Story missions on every difficulty, make sure you do any special maps that pop up (like the Ryoma one that started today), do two Tempest Trials runs every day, trudge through the Gardens once you get enough people to, and see if any of the Chain Challenges are possible.
