The Caps are up 2-0 and I don't know if I can say they've even had two scoring chances. The entire game has been played in their end. One was a great shot by Ovi that I wouldn't even call a scoring chance, and the other was a fluky kind of chance.

You guys don't have in-unit laundry? Fuck that. Coin-op laundry is my nightmare.

It's funny you guys were talking about this because I was thinking earlier today about how much coin-ops and communal laundry rooms suck in general. The worst is when you're drying stuff and you don't really know how long it is going to take, but they usually only let you add time mid-cycle, so if it finishes and it's not dry then you gotta pay for the whole cycle again just to dry it like 15 more minutes

My apartment building has laundry units but you need a card to operate them and I've been here two months and still haven't gotten a card. So I have been making that same mfw as our friend from Minnesota for two months

for sure. it's a major inconvienence, which is why I'm looking into buying a house in the next year or two, but my friend who's a pharmacist, and this guy is literally making so much money. Holy F.

Are there other people who see your imgur or is that just GameFAQs users? I know people on PotD have lurked this topic and stalked me before. Also I've had somebody save a picture of myself that I posted (not from this topic, but still).

Well I'm happy for you that Ohtani actually played today. I was scared that might not happen. And friggin Trout reached base 4 times too.

They've been pretty consistent with giving him playing time, so I was somewhat confident. Plus, if they were gonna give him a day off, I was going to guess they would sit him Tuesday, two days after his start.

Trout was fun to watch on the basepaths as well, even if he only got one steal late. I was also wondering how he weighed in at 235 before today, but holy hell, his legs are tree trunks.

As an elite hockey mind, here's what VGK/Washington needs to do to win Lord Stanley's cup:

-get pucks deep
- win those battles
- give 110%
- want it more than the other team
- stick to the fundies/ don't get too cute
- play 60 minutes of hockey out there

I'm new to this sport but I think it'll be key for both teams to create opportunities on offense.

Personally, I think they should stay within themselves and just play their game.

Also, Overwatch is $20 on Amazon today so I finally took the plunge.

Good buy. I still want to get back into that game. I like that they're still adding tons of free content 2 years later

It looks really good and obviously everyone on earth says it's so great. I just haven't gone for it yet because I haven't played a competitive game in god knows how long. Mario Kart is about as serious as I've gotten in the last 5 years.

It's all multiplayer obviously, but it has tons of casual modes. You don't need to jump right in to ranked play (or play it ever)

I said SpeeD should have posted after they beat the Pens, but then he didn't post and they ended up winning the ECF, so now I think he posted too early and jinxed them for the Stanely.

Who do/did you guys play as in Overwatch?

I played all the characters at least a little but these are the ones I was best at

Dps: mcree, soulja boi 76
Tank: zarta, Reinhardt, Winston
Heal: zenyatta, mercy

Nice. Just based on looking at their profiles online I was thinking I'd start with McRee. I saw a lot of Soldier 76 cosplay at the last STL Comic Con too.

I've played a lot of Overwatch. I'm talking hundreds of hours. And I don't even like pvp multiplayer games that much.

I will say that it can start off confusing for a newbie, but once you learn all of the characters' abilities, it's not too bad.

I can play anyone pretty well except Doomfist. But Lucio is my best character.

The most important part is finding the best sprays and voicelines. If you're playing mcree and you don't say "I'm your huckleberry" at least 50 times a match, you're doing it wrong

Very cool. Well it's a little backordered on Amazon so I won't get it for like a week or so. You will have to wait a while longer before I begin my quest to become the top Overwatcher in the land.
