Uh, what? It keeps having trash episodes. Ep 1's still the best of the show by a long shot. The decision to make the main character an NTR villain was a very strange one.

Two OVAs. Second one came out when the OVA boom was winding to a close, so there was never anymore.

I mean, there was plenty more Devilman things, but not of the same calibur and not of the original manga. The Birth and The Bird are generally very well regarded. It's not JUST the hilarious dub that makes them stand out.

After slowly watching through it for almost a month, I've finally finished Aria. I was a bit underwhelmed with it during the first season but the second season was better and the third season had a bunch of great episodes. Those three special episodes were an excellent way to close out the series, too. Still, it never reached the heights for me that it obviously did for a few other people here. I still vastly prefer Amanchu, for example... well, the first season of Amanchu, at least. Aria was always beautiful and optimistic, and there's really nothing I can point to as a problem that held it back from becoming a true favorite. It just never fully clicked for me, I guess. Still, I'm glad I watched it!

HeroAca episode 46

Hey here's a slowed down pace episode for those that thought things were going too fast. Still got some stuff moving along though, so I thought it was good.

I've been waiting for these Bakugo parts to come up (along with a pivotal scene later), I really hope anime only watchers that dislike Bakugo start to understand him a bit more, or at least respect him. He's a great character even with his rough edges, and those rough edges end up making him quite fun when coupled with his development.

It's just by what I thought would do well based on WSJ precedents. Like, Black Clover was a fairly easy call to make.

I never agreed with any of the Bakugo hate even early on in the series. I have a lot of trouble picking a favorite character from this show but he's one of the 4 or so who are in contention.

Bakugo is a psychopath with no chill.

Bakugos a dick and not the likable kind like Dio. Hes just the kind of guy you want to see get slam dunked on

Bakugo is a fantastic character and wonderfully walks the line of being a pompous asshole while still growing and acknowledging others and their quirks

Like he screams and yells but everyone know to not take it seriously or personally (I mean except with deku but there's a WHOLE relationship rollercoaster that goes with that) and then he's done with it. And then when it gets down to it he knows what people can do, and can respect them for it.

I could type up a whole thing about the intricacy of Bakugo's personality tbh he fascinates me.

Vegeta is the likeable kind of jerk. Bakugo, well, isn't. Vegeta has some chill, and his moments of badassery are often him being calm, badass, and overconfident. Bakugo, is a full goddamn psychopath. Dude is never calm, always pissed off about something or another. When he does something badass, he's still a raging little ball of angry fire. Bakugo and Vegeta are both pretty different.

Out of all the characters I think momo and todoroki have the biggest opportunities for growth based on their current circumstances.

I dont follow the manga but I can 100% see some of the students try to push for some of the ideals the villains are pushing for, as they are not awful ideas, just executed in bad ways.

Yeah I'm playing on Normal and what became clear through the vexen fights, this game is fairly hard.

Like I didn't expect something so disney oriented to be difficult when kids played it.

Like I get secret bosses and such being a challenge, but the mainline stuff took me off guard, I'll figure put how to take down Axel tomorrow.

Not looking forward to three more Marluxia fights.

Legend of the Galactic Heroes episode 5

Ok this has been mostly setup so far but this was a pretty good episode. Kircheis my very early pick for best character. Also Annerose is one of my favorite character archetypes so that's good. The whole relationship between between Kircheis/Reinhard/Annerose is a plot structure I tend to like so I'm looking forward to where it goes from here. Also have people in this topic actually watched this show or should I not bother posting reactions here?
