I used to like Jimmy Fallon on SNL but he'a obnoxious on the late night show

Colbert used to be great but has lost it in a big way. Conan got worse when he moved to the Tonight Show and then got stranded on TBS so really, who knows what he's been doing since. Seth Meyers isn't funny but at least what I've seen from him he is capable of making a real, pointed jab at the Republicans instead of just lowest common denominator Trump stuff, and since no one watches his show he can do whatever. John Oliver's show is informative and well researched but I don't find him funny. And Jimmy Fallon and James Corden are both just star humping sellouts.

Oh and who could forget Trevor Noah, the least consequential one of all? His ratings are apparently really good but I've never heard anyone say a kind word about his show. Maybe a bunch of 40+ year old liberals are still into it.

I kinda doubt Jon Stewart would be making a good show in the Trump era either, fwiw, but who knows I guess.

Am I going crazy or did they change how topic titles display? I think it used to display the topic title with a dash and then the board name but now the board name is under its own smaller header. If it's always been like that then I don't know what I'm smoking

Something seemed different but I am not that observant to pinpoint what is different.

Do you ever act like you don't know something already IRL because you only know it to begin with because you're a weird freak? Over the weekend I ran into someone I knew and she mentioned that I'm on switch a lot lately so Pokemon let's go came up. She asked for a pitch on why she should pick Eevee and her friend explained that all Eevee forms are cooler than Raichu. She's right of course but also of course you don't evolve your partner Mon in Let's go. Should I have intervened and explained the situation or should I have joined in the Eevee conversation as if I didn't know that it was moot? Of course I chose the latter

Rodgers played awful tonight. This game was an eye-opener. One good throw in the second half. Took sack after sack. Didn't check down until it was too late or missed open guys. And still put up great numbers. He's the GOAT in stats only.

Maybe his knee is worse than he lets on. But anyone who frequently has watched him play knows that was a poor performance by him.

Oh also you made the right call here. I wouldn't have explained you can't evolve them either.

The Marlins got a new logo and uniforms. The logo is pretty cool and it has a fish on it. The jerseys are kinda lame though. White homes and gray roads. They have black and blue alts that are better. Anyway I'm not gonna link cuz I'm on mobile and you have google if you care.

I think part of it is his knee. The way he is used to playing and moving around is hampered by his knee. The other factor is he doesn't have many consistent targets that can get open. Graham and Cobb are always in and out with injuries, he has a couple rookie receivers who look to still have trouble running the routes. Adams is his go to guy but gets the better or double coverage. I do agree he missed dumping it off to Jones on more than one occasion. Although a couple of those he wasn't as open as it seemed at first.

Wow. UPS has decided they didn't want to deliver Let's Go Pikachu to my mailbox. They may as well have delivered a knife to my heart.

The new logo is a definite upgrade. The jerseys are horrible, they look incomplete. They need bigger text or some stripes or some accent colors on the seams (besides the sleeves). They look like something you'd make in a create-a-team mode in a video game

I think the bright blue jerseys are amazing, and don't need much more to complete them. Maybe just black pipe trim around the collar and the buttons, similar to what the A's have. I actually like the black jerseys, but only because it allows the trim colours to pop. The white and grey home and away jerseys blow, though.

The blue they use is a pretty unique color in sports but it also has the smallest logo of the four, so it needs some kind of accent color even more

I agree with all of this. It looks like they put the font on the front and called it a job well done.
