One issue I do have with Puns's claim is that it seems to imply that the roles are authors, but my role (and the sample role) are characters with a book. Is almost like we should not meta the flavor. However I don't think our host would screw the scum team by not telling them that and letting them walk into a massacre when they claim authors. Look how painstakingly written Han's opening was. He also specifically said don't meta. I'll still do it a little just for fun, but it's not going to be fundamental to anything I look at.
