The sound of the Evo version doesn't feel like it fits as well, and the percussion feels like its being drowned out by a wall of sound at times, and the cool bell-esque synth is just gone. I mean I didn't like this EVO one as much, though it's really more of a gut feeling. I did not enjoy the addition of so much horn. Did the original have a lot of horn? These actually don't sound all that different from one another. It somehow manages to be both fairly dull & ridiculously overproduced, to a point that I have no idea what they were even hoping to accomplish with it & suspect the song completely fails at whatever they were doing.
