All bloom-related reactions get a boost, but it's much smaller than it seems. Compared to other sets, the benefit is, what, 7-15%? Low in Nilou's case coz she already gives a huge boost on her own and the bonus is additive. --- This is my new wife. It's Schrodingers Wife. So bountiful bloom, hyperbloom, electrocharge only want elemental mastery if you wish to increase the reaction damage. Also, they pierce enemy defense, but get reduced by elemental resistance. Amplifying reactions (melt, vape, quicken, kind of superconduct) are different coz they multiply your damage or add base damage on top. --- This is my new wife. It's Schrodingers Wife.
