At the end of the day though, being overweight increases a person's negativity. It throws off all a person's chemicals out of balance. It isn't healthy. So yeah, I don't think people should harass her or insult her weight, but I do think they should gently encourage her to pursue a healthier weight rather than encourage her to be unhealthy, because that's a big part of what is making her unhappy.

Why is there a should do here at all? She was aware shed get attacked. She did it anyways, because she wanted to be a role model for people who are often shamed and harassed.
