Ive lived here more than 2 years now and have had this conversation with him no less than 5 times. Hes always too tired to clean, but when he does, he takes 2 hours to clean the shower and bathroom sink, and acts like its a huge achievement even though I go and do that as part of my regular rounds.

Hes obsessed with scrubbing the walls, and talks about it all the time, but Ive never once seen him grab a hand towel and do it.

Talked to him and he says shes only here for 2-3 weeks, tops. Dunno what thats about. They still havent gone anywhere together, and the girlfriend didnt go anywhere when he was at work.

Ive been away from this place for a few weeks, and just came back the other day. The house seem d oretty normal, just some sticky floors in the kitchen, and my (very hairy) housemate shed hair all over our shared bathroom like a dog, so I had to vacuum and mop that up.

They havent left the room in the entire time Ive been here.

Ordinarily, thats not a problem, but this housemate picked me up from the airport, and I had what I thought was, at the time, a really weird encounter.

girlfriend (to my housemate when I thanked them for taking the time to pick me up): Oh, its not a problem. I REALLY like long drives we dont even have to ever do anything just getting in the car and driving on the highway is enough for me

Housemate (while driving): Oh me too! I love driving on the road! But only when I can go over 60 MPH. And you cant do that on florida roads oh well I miss it I did it all the time back in my hometown

That was Saturday afternoon. And in that timeframe, they havent left the room more than 4 times. The womans shower soaps and stuff are still in the bathroom, and every time I get back, I find more long hair on my floor even though I cleaned it less than 48 hours ago.

I think yesterday they went to Chilis, but were back before I could step out. They may have been out for an hour and a half before holing themselves up again.

Maybe Im assuming stuff, but I wouldnt be surprised if he moved her in without telling us. Hes done this before.

I dont really know, or care, if theyre doing it like theyre on the Discovery channel, but I think I need to know if Im going to have to clean up after someone else who wont even pick up the crumbs off the table after they eat >_>

Replacing a tire and changing your brakes. The former being the first thing you should learn because it teaches you basic safety when working with cars, the latter because taking a tire off is mandatory if you want to reach the brakes lmao

Changing your oil is like the second or third easiest thing you can learn. What the hell is she gonna do if she breaks down in the middle of the road all by herself with no cell service?
