Like you can say "Paige called the spot" all you want but I don't think Paige called "okay kick me full force in the back of the head at this point during my taunt so I get violently thrown to the ground." There are ways to do that spot safely if you don't suck. Paige calling for it was poor judgment on her part, but more because she called for Sasha to do it. Too bad the people making the decisions are stubborn and will never admit that they were wrong. Clearly, the only option is going to be turning Dean heel, since that will get Roman the cheers he deserves! If they do turn Dean heel, I see this as a Charlotte/Becky thing.
