After he missed Smash 4, people thought he would never come back, so having him back for Ultimate was a pleasant surprise that many people are very excited for. ctesjbuvf posted... That bonus match was Snake's best chance ever to beat Link imo. Nah, Draven ruined it. Link was very clearly getting anti-voted in his matches before Draven. The site was getting tired of Link winning all the time (finally). Now it's been five years since then and Link didn't win CBIX, so we'll see if that mentality still exists, but it's nice that people have finally started to realize that Link is the one who wins all the time, not FFVII. Maybe it could help, but I think the cards are a bit stacked against him when you consider what has been happening with his tougher competition.
