It has a typical group of four girls; we'll call them A-chan, B-chan, C-chan, and Bear Grylls. Every story follows the same pattern: A, B, or C wants something that's hard to come by in a survival situation. BG says that such a thing could be done. Initial excitement of A/B/C BG explains how they will do it, and it's inevitably gross. A/B/C make >.< faces. They do it anyway. More >.< and T.T faces. They decide that it either wasn't so bad, or that they never want to talk about it again. Rinse, repeat. If that's your jam, add it to your PTW. If not, skip. It sounds interesting and has the potential to be amazing reaction face material, but there's a chance that some of the stuff might gross me out a bit too much. I'm still going to give it a chance anyways. Like not just that there are no male characters but they completely do not exist in the setting/world at all. a few people I know were reading it and most of them dropped it because they thought it seemed too weirdly forced and that it made them feel like aliens instead of humans. one of them said something like "yuri is good because they're with another girl instead of a guy, if guys don't exist it loses all its appeal". wondering what you guys think of that or if you've ever had similar thoughts there being no guys makes sense to be tbh since iPS cell babies would use genetic material from both parents. if the parents are both female, then it is literally impossible for any combination of their genetics to produce a male baby due to the lack of a Y chromosome from either parent. as to the question, i can see where those people are coming from. ive seen complaints like that before where people feel like they are lesbian only because there are no guys around and that if there were guys around that it would feel more real cuz then they would have chosen the girl despite being able to choose a guy. always found that weird tho cuz it kinda implies that everyone is bi and that straight/gay doesnt exist. as for the question, either way is fine for me tho i am always wary whenever yuri works have or introduce male characters. mostly because they tend to be forced het drama or even end up making the work into yuri bait. you dont need male characters or het sex for female characters to be/learn they are lesbian, but you also dont need to exclude male characters to make something yuri. --- http://i.imgtc.com/gkielsd.jpg <cite>MwarriorHiei posted [p:924130114] in Anime/Stuf... Because the whole series they sorta tease the girl and the boy getting together for a while, ~~I believe they actually date for a bit, but then they fight and realize they're better off in a sort of a brother/sister type of relationship~~. She's pretty much all grown up by the point where she ponders what obvious thing she was missing in her life, and reaches the conclusion you've read somewhat gradually. They do several chs about ~~the guy agonizing about the prospect of dating somebody he's raised. She isn't entirely open to it until she realizes that they're not related at all, I believe~~ But if the manga ended with ~~the boy and the girl getting together in the end~~, it won't have affected the overall flow of the story I think, but in general I believe it would sorta be forgotten in the wind lol. The dubbed ones, I'll save for later tonight. - One Punch Man's season finale was crazy, but season 2 wasn't as good as season 1 overall. - Yugioh VRAINS was more of the usual "jobbing to the villain until Playmaker shows up" deal, not much there. ~~Go Onizuka~~ deserves better. - UchiMusume was just adorable. I guess this is the "cuteness-induced diabetes" show of the season like Hitori Bocchi or Mitsuboshi Colors. - Granbelm was... holy shit, I'm still not totally sure what the fuck that was, but it was fucking awesome! I don't think it'll be as hype as Symphogear, but it does have Aoi Yuuki and Yuko Hikasa (Hibiki and Maria from Symphogear) in the cast, plus Yukari Tamura (Nanoha from Lyrical Nanoha) as well. That's plenty of hype right there. I'd probably cry myself to sleep. - Shield Hero got really crazy, and getting this crazy this late is really making me hope for a season 2 in the future. - Fire Force got off to a great start. The first battle was cool, and I like the cast of characters. Shinra and the cute nun are my favorites so far.
