Honestly, I'm just really interested in seeing what Matt Cardona does to make him stand out. I think with a solid idea, he'll be able to make himself stand out. It's hard because he's been such a jobber for so long and we really haven't seen him be creative in so long. Not even when he won the Intercontinental Title at Mania was he given any opportunity to be creative.

Rusev is Rusev. He got something as dumb as Rusev Day over, so he'll get over in AEW.

I am of the opinion Cardona is here 100% to have a recurring role on BTE and if he does anything else its gravy

Warhorse did not punch Arm Anderson or Cory in the privates and he did not replace his catchphrase with Love That Danhausen to avoid swears. I'm disappointed.

Match got much better after the commercial break though. He probably would've benefited from having a brief promo before the match since his strong suit is his character. The TNT Title matches with Cody continue to be really fun each week though.

Please hire Eddie Kingston though.

Holy shit, Omega/Hangman vs. Dark Order was a fucking awesome match. Huge recommend. Dark Order is suuuuuch a good team. I love watching them in every match they're in.

There was some kind of vignette about them teaming together in this thing. Maybe on Dark. That's good to hear though. Maybe they changed the rules or something after they filmed it. I dunno.

Also, Ricky Starks is absolutely phenomenal on the mic. Really tore it up.

But Darby Allin using a skateboard with thumb tacks is awful. Ricky's back was so chewed up after it. Why was this actually used? Don't use thumb tacks on something that rakes across the back. Fuck. If anything, just slam him on it or something, but don't swing it.

But on the plus side, he got to headbang while surrounded by columns of fire, a kickass theme (https://aewrestling.bandcamp.com/track/lets-ride-warhorse-theme) and got an A++ Justin Roberts intro. (And a sweet ass top rope elbow.)

I thought it was a good match, cool to see Warhorse push Cody aside and try to take out the Dark Order himself. Hope he gets signed.

I like Warhorse but I don't think he should get signed yet. I think he could use a bit more time on the indies.

But I did also hope Dark Order would win. I wish they'd just pull the trigger on Hangman/Omega breaking up. I know things got muddled with Hangman getting outrageously over, but if I had to guess they're probably going to save it for the PPV. I'd really like to see the Dark Order be the ones to take the titles off them though.

I mean AEW has always been talking about how they want to be beyond the standard heel/face dynamics. Truth be told the Bucks have largely looked like huge jerks in AEW. But I also don't think FTR works as babyfaces.

I dont want them to break up in a title match. For me losing the titles should be what really gets the breakup going.

They lose to someone. Kenny tries to keep the team going to earn a rematch but Hangman just isnt as into it and after a couple weaker matches just calls it off and leaves the Elite and joins with FTR or better yet goes solo and takes the TNT title off of Cody or the AEW off of Moxley.
